"This is absolutely fantastic place , located in a middle of vineyard, quiet and hidden from the crowd. The host is very helpful and always eager to make your stay better. Everyday we had fantastic breakfast made from home made indredients in the middle of lemon grove. The was also dinner option but we were to short to try. If you have a car the is also near a lot places for totally empty rock beaches ,,, So if you are looking for quite and authentic place - Bagno Spanò is the the best choice...

"What an amazing property! The views and grounds were spectacular. We had a lovely room. Staff were extremely helpful, carrying luggage and arranging a taxi to our next stop. We had a delicious sandwich for lunch. The wine paired seafood dinner was exceptional! It checked all the boxes of a fine resort and their wines are outstanding."

"Le Arcate is a very welcoming entity just off the beaten tracks. It provides space, attention when needed, a very nice outside yard including a large swimming pool. The service is excellent, the food delicious. The location ensures a quiet, peaceful experience."

"The Hotel is a little out of town but the walk along the sea front is fine to get to restaurants. The reception staff and all others were very courteous and helpful. The room was spotless as were the majority of indoor areas. The pool could do with a bit of an update . It was clean though . The loungers weee not very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, wide range and well presented . The only thing to mark it down is the presence of the owner sitting all day long sprawled in the foyer area....

"The facility was lovely and it's proximity to the Salt Museum ideal. However, I have never been in a hotel room where we could not regulate the temperature before. Apparently, there is a master control and we froze all night. Opening the window to warm up was not an option because of insects, so there was no way to regulate the temperature. Also, the 10 am check out is a bit premature given the isolation -- 11 would be better. The breakfast was excellent. "

"The hotel canceled the reservation late"

"The host was friendly and accommodating. They served breakfast an half hour earlier than usual because we had an early ferry to Favignana. They have one area for improvement: no wine glasses, no tea and no coffee in the room. Another problem is that I suspect their Wi-Fi is hacked. When I first made the reservation and communicated with them in March. I received a scammer message pretending the property asking me to provide identification information. "Functional apartment close to the beach. Condition of the room was not great. Door locks at bad room and bathroom broken out, doors could not be closed shut properly. Cooking equipment very worn out. There was a dirty sponge and dirty cleaning cloth in the kitchen that I would not clean my dishes with so we bought new sponges and dish soap first thing. Coffee maker looked dirty and on one of the pots the handle was half broken off. Fortunately it didn't break when i used it."
