"Found this little downtown gem and had a very comfortable stay! Staff are not onsite but communication was excellent and timely via texts. They even accommodated our last minute request to extend our stay. The area was super quiet and walking over to Nashwell for coffee and breakfast was a treat."

"From the pictures on the site, I was expecting a secluded large ranch style property with a creek to fish in. The house sits right on the road, neighbors close by. If you want to stay indoors it’s a beautiful house but there is nothing to do outdoors because it was to hot for a campfire for s’mores. Maybe I just had my heart set on a cool creek for fishing. This isn’t on the property and has to be set up ahead of time on a different property."

"This was a wonderful escape for our family. We came to town to visit our here at Texas Tech.. we brought thecwhole family for Christmas!! The house was very spacious and provided great relaxing and entertainment opportunities: out door seating, fireplace, grill, and pool were fabulous with outstanding views from the porch; welcoming open floor plan which allowed everyone to visit, cook, and eat together. Communication with the host was great. We never had one concern!! We will definitely be back!! We highly recommend this rental!!"
