The owner and staff were extraordinarily helpful with personalized attention concerning touring the area. Rooms spotless and functional (adjustable bed for elevated head or feet). No elevator so only stay if you can climb stairs to your room. Great views from room.

Stayed here for two separate weekends and loved it! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, the location is near the center and the minimeteo making it easy to move around and explore. Lots of dining options nearby and the beds!! Oh the beds were so comfortable best sleep I had on my trip. Highly recommend this hotel and it is worth all the stairs to get there lol

This room was delightful. The photos don't do it justice. Warning the room is up 3 to 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) but it is 100% worth it. The large private terrace and the views are amazing.

Wonderful

A lovely family hotel in the heart of Perugia. A very friendly and helpful host who provided the warmest welcome and was instrumental in booking a taxi to the airport. The rooms have nice views towards old town and the picturesque hills around Perugia. The city itself is a pleasant surprise, with its etruscan past, fine chocolate and cafe culture. Both street food and restaurants are not to be missed.

Wonderful place

Quaint hotel in the heart of Old Town just steps away from many shops, restaurants and museums. Staff was wonderful and friendly! They definitely want to make you feel like home. We very much enjoyed our stay in the terrace room at the Primavera Mini Hotel.. Our room was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and the view was terrific. The owner was most helpful, giving many suggestions about restaurants and places to see. She helped us purchase train tickets and answered lots of questions. We appreciated the room freshening every day and the croissants and bottled water -- and the mini fridge. We would stay here again!

A lovely little hotel in a great part of the city. Totally deserves its outstanding rating. Great value for money with a small but comfy room. Chiara was amazing, really friendly and helpful. She also showed me the top floor room with terrace. Spectacular! I’d probably spend the extra for that. Note that the hotel has two flights of stairs but they are very friendly and offer to carry bags.

Our hostess Chiara was just excellent. She came bouncing downstairs to get our bags, explained everything to our satisfaction & was accessible at all times. We had a room with a beautiful view looking over part of the city. Restaurants and shopping were a 5-10 minute uphill walk away, and a cafe for breakfast was just a short walk below us. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and even left us a bottle of bubbly and chocolates in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary. Very thoughtful! The room wasn't big but it was very comfortable with a bed that raised at the head and feet - very comfortable! The bathroom looked newly renovated.

This property is easy access to a parking lot at the bottom of the town. Its a fairly easy walk and like others said in their reviews, there are several flights of stairs to get to the elrooms but there is plenty of help to get luggage up there since the staff is waiting dor you tonarrive. Once up in the rooms the view os amazing. Instayed in room 40 which has the private terrace so the extra stairs were worth it. The location is super accessible to everything and everything is within walkingndistance. I highly recommend!

Phenomenal Place To Stay

This hotel room, service, and overall experience were phenomenal! Chiara was very communicative and accommodating, but Jimena, whom met me at the time I arrived, was simply the best! She gave me lots of information about local transportation and how to get to places, as well as great tips for tourism. I'm not sure what I was expecting as far as the room, but the room was simply excellent! It was modern, very clean, very comfortable bed, outstanding showerhead and features, great bathroom, snack bar, and water. It was extremely comfortable, clean, and overall wonderful people that made my stay much better than expected. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Simple efficient Hotel stay.

One night only, nice simple room. Comfy bed / great shower. Didn’t expect breakfast but self serve instant coffee/ tea, croissants & jam in room. Warned of quite a few steps/ no elevator . Perugia you must expect sloping streets too. Great suggestions of local Trattoria & Osteria
