Newly renovated, roomy apartment within walking distance to the best of Mandurah.
Facilitated for short or longer stays with large fully functional kitchen, washer/dryer combo in bathroom/laundry, large living area, Netflix a/c and a smart TV in each room. A/C throughout assuring a pleasant stay all year round. Children are more than welcome.
NOTE: Apartment does not have an elevator or wheelchair access. It is situated on the 2nd level from the carpark and 1st level from front/main door entrance.
