This was a very easy place to stay. parking and accessibility no problem on a weekend or from Late afternoon on a Friday. easy public transport as well. friendly staff and a lovely room.

location was close to city and bus access. Staff very nice and nothing is too much problem. Look forward to staying again. We stayed for three nights and had a pleasant stay. Only a continental breakfast available.

I was not informed before arriving that I needed to book parking AND when parking was available on only one night I had to pay an extra $20 per night for it. I also had to pay for wifi access.

Hotel manager very rude and unhelpful on follow up call. I would like to speak with someone but can’t get anyone else to phone back. Room smelt like someone had pooed before we arrived. Will not go back!!

Nice bed, but missing the mark

Stayed here as my usual place was booked out. Bed was comfy, though it was one of those "two singles zipped together" deals that meant you couldn't sprawl across the entire bed with comfort. While the room was clean, it lacked some of those touches that make the stay complete - no box of tissues for this hay fever sufferer, nothing in the fridge except one of those tiny cartons of UHT milk, no minibar, and - I can't believe hotels still do this - payment plans for internet access. This place targets business travellers, and lack of "free" internet is just silly. Hope my regular place is free next time I stay in Perth.

Very pleasantly surprised

I had a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Cooked meals each day and sat on the balcony each evening. Room was clean and staff at front counter always helpful. This is one place i will always stay when i am in town.

Outstanding staff at the Outram, Perth

Nice hotel, brilliant staff. Room clean, but open bathroom something of a turn off. Free Red Cat bus service right at the door.

Parking can be difficult

Ensure you arrange a parking bay before arrival. I think that charging daily rates for using internet in the room is appropriate these days. Download limit is fairly low. Otherwise pretty good and staff are helpful and friendly.

住宅街にあり、静か。広くて快適な客室。ただ、観光旅行には不向き。理由は、近所以外に出かけるには車が必要なため。また、少人数で運営されている様子。ロビーにさえスタッフが少ない。部屋の掃除の時間も午後遅い時間のこともある。また、時々玄関が施錠されている。早朝発のフライトのため、深夜にチェックアウトしようとしたが、会計のできるスタッフがいなかった。チェックイン時、そして前日に、深夜チェックアウトを伝えておいたが。夕方以降、夜のフロント常駐者のスキルも十分でない。部屋が良いのに残念。

Surprising Gem

A great Saturday night stay at the Ramada - the lack of parking when there is an AFL match on is an issue, but it's right opposite a Red Cat bus stop, and the very nice Villa D'Este is just up the road

Beautiful place near the Perth CBD

The Outram is a great place to stay with a nice touch of luxury at an affordable price. Our room had a personal large deep spa bath which made our anniversary week in Perth even more special. Very friendly staff who always went the extra mile when requested. Highly recommended!
