Kitchen facilities were fine for a short stay. Rooms nice, comfortable beds. Pool is awesome, nice sheltered and heated. Friendly staff. Needs a new shower head, it leaks out of spots you don’t want it to leak, making a flood in the bathroom. Air con needs a full deep clean, mould spots starting to form on the drum fan and the louver fins.

The staff were friendly, however the standard of the room was very poor. The room smelled old, musty and moldy. The bathroom was dirty looking/feeling. The rubber bath mat was covered in black mould underneath and the tiles and grout in the shower looked dirty. The couch was essentially an outdoor metal setting with cushions and not comfortable for relaxing at all. The sliding door out to the balcony didn’t close properly, so a gap was continually letting a draft in and the glass was continually banging in the wind. The curtains in the loft were broken, leaving big areas of windows that weren’t covered and let light in. This wasn’t ideal for sleeping young children in the early mornings. The website said the room had an oven, however there was no oven. We understand that it is an old hotel, but for the price we paid, we definitely expected the room to be in a better condition than it was.
