Comfort Inn New River

8/10 Good

"Nice little hotel. Exactly what I expected. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, parking was a bit tight. Internet was down on the 2nd night of our stay which meant no TV after a long day of hiking. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of hot and cold foods."

Quality Inn New River

8/10 Good

"The rooms open to the outside. The breakfast with a souvenir gift store was comfy. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, biscuits and cream chip beef. Erika at the front desk was friendly and helpful when we noticed our very clean toilet seat was loose. Maintenance fixed promptly. Friendly waiter at Elliot’s bar and grill. Warm Brownie Sundae was excellent. Worse part was the light that came around the curtains that made it hard to fall asleep."

Fairfield By Marriott® Inn & Suites Beckley

10/10 Excellent

"Top-notch stay with phenomenal staff From start to finish, our stay at the Fairfield Inn Beckley was exceptional. A huge shout-out to the front desk attendant who checked us in with a great attitude at 10:30 PM, and was back bright and early at 8:30 AM covering an extra shift with the same friendly energy. Breakfast was equally great, largely thanks to Karl (with a "K"). He ran a tight ship—everything on the buffet was constantly stocked and kept immaculate, and he personally greeted every guest who came in to eat. Wonderful hospitality all around; highly recommended!"

Best Western Plus Beckley Inn

8/10 Good

"Property isn’t bad. FANTASTIC parking lot if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer behind you. Hotel itself is older and showing some signs of being tired but kept in good shape. Only complaint was I waited 20 min for the front desk clerk to show up to check me in. She was no where to be found. Not exactly what one wants after 18 hours of driving."
