"I arrived shortly after check in time with my friend. He stepped up to the desk first to get checked in. While checking in he asked if it would be possible for us to have rooms close together. This seemed to annoy the the clerk because she then turned what I can only describe as rude. I got the same attitude. This was our only interaction with this employee and we were the only ones in the lobby at the time. We were had reservations for three nights. The next day we left around 930 am and upon return around midnight we couldnt get into our rooms because the keys would not work. We had to go back to the front desk and get our keys fixed. The same thing happened the next day. We had other friends also staying at this location and they had the same issue. My travel partner also had issues with his microwave. I believe we will be staying elsewhere the next time we visit Twin Falls as the same thing happened the last time he stayed at this hotel."

"My stay at the Quality Inn was overall a positive experience. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the front desk staff were especially friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One downside was that we had planned to spend one of our evenings relaxing at the hotel, including using the hot tub. Unfortunately, we were informed right as we were about to get in that the heater had broken a few hours earlier. That was definitely frustrating and a bit of a letdown. That said, the hotel offers good value for the price and is in a great location, which made it a convenient choice. Overall, despite the hiccup with the hot tub, it was a decent and comfortable stay."
