Come and discover a remarkable Provencal villa nestling in the heart of the pine forest in the Vaucluse, just a few minutes from Isle sur la Sorgue. The ‘Maison Capucine’ awaits you in Pernes-les-Fontaines, a charming village in a region whose landscapes inspired the greatest Impressionist painters.



This splendid villa is the ideal place to spend a unique holiday in an exceptional setting, with a magnificent private swimming pool and a sun-drenched southern garden. The ‘Maison Capucine’ comfortably sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms: three en suite with separate bathroom and closed WC. The 4th bedroom, upstairs, has an attic ceiling. Comprising 2 single beds, it is perfect for children. The access staircase is a spiral staircase.

Welcome to this beautiful house with its dry-stone walls in the purest Provencal tradition. Let's explore the interiors straight away, before returning to the garden and swimming pool, which already beckons you with its sparkling, sun-drenched waters.



The living area, the heart of the house, is divided into two parts: the lounge and the dining room/kitchen. This spacious, modern and comfortable area is flooded with light thanks to the large picture windows overlooking the outside and the garden.



In the living room, you can relax on the comfortable sofa or in one of the armchairs facing the large bay window overlooking the terrace and pool. With its superb high ceilings, it's the perfect place to relax, read, chat or watch your favourite programmes on the flat-screen TV in a warm, contemporary setting.



In the modern kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, to be enjoyed on the beautiful wooden table or on the 100 m² terrace: hob, extractor hood, oven, grill, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, food processors, kitchen utensils, espresso machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster... there's nothing missing. There's even a second American fridge in the cellar, so you're sure to find a cool place for all your groceries!



On the ground floor, there are three large en suite bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, and each with a super king-size bed (200*200) and top-of-the-range bedding for a restful night's sleep.



One of the bedrooms also has access via French windows to a small private terrace with chiliennes. Two of the bathrooms have walk-in showers and toilets. The bathroom in the third bedroom has a bath and separate toilet.



A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the cosy attic bedroom with 2 single beds. This room also has a large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Thanks to this layout, everyone retains their privacy and comfort!
