"Casa Tuirak exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is stunning, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were attentive throughout our stay. We arrived at 7:00 a.m., well before check-in, and the hotel offered us the option of enjoying the facilities while we waited or paying for an early check-in, which we appreciated after traveling overnight. There was a room assignment mix-up during our stay, but the way the staff handled it truly reflected their commitment to guest satisfaction. They went above and beyond by upgrading us to the Presidential Suite, an incredibly generous gesture that we sincerely appreciated. A special thank you to Jeffrey, who coordinated and guided our tours. The hotel also arranged all of our transportation, making everything seamless and stress-free. Jeffrey was knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about the region, making every excursion memorable. The restaurant was exceptional. Every meal was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and made with great attention to detail. The entire team consistently provided warm, genuine hospitality that made us feel at home. Casa Tuirak is much more than a hotel—it is an experience"

"Beautiful hotel and wonderful service. They organized a private car to take us to and from an event we were attending and made sure we got back safely. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful our entire stay. The views and surrounding nature is gorgeous and the food and amenities were fantastic."

"Centrally located in downtown with plenty of options to eat or shop nearby. It was an easy check in and checkout process despite my last minute booking due to a canceled flight. Would recommend to solo travelers. Felt very safe."

"Highly recommend! This is a nice little boutique hotel in a very nice centralized area, close to many things and easily accessible. The room was very nice, nice big bed, good size balcony with a view of the street and city. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and the service in the restaurant was perfect. ONLY issues were that the bathroom is small, if I did not turn sideways my shoulders hit the doorframe lol. There is also a bit of noise from the restaurant upstairs and outside from the street and a bar and karaoke bar. This noise usually died down as the evening went on but just to be aware that it is not perfectly quiet all the time."
