"It is a lovely resort, but the steep climbs up and down to the beach start to grind, after a while. The sun doesn't really clear the nearby cliffs until about 11.30am, which is a bit annoying. The local village is lovely and there are some nice restaurants there. The food at the hotel is OK, but not brilliant. Otherwise, very friemdly staff and everything is nice and clean."

"Everything about our stay was great. The hotel, staff, food, drinks, pools, spa treatments. I couldn’t fault anything"

"Nice hotel and we loved our room as it had its own pool with an excellent view. Breakfast in a morning was nice but they just couldn't get coffee hot, even the staff said the same, not great for a 5 star hotel. A very sterp hill up to this property and you can get the golf buggy to take you from your room to the town down the hill and phone reception to get it to come and collect you. They dont tell you this you have to find out for yourselves. Even though its a nice hotel its lacking some...

"Beautiful property. Waterfront dining with live music was fantastic! 1 big complaint.... cigarette smoke was blowing through our vents into our room at full force! Not safe for someone like me with health issues"

"Beautiful resort with a lovely tranquil feel. Breakfast choice was excellent. Rooms are what let's it down. On the small side and the bathroom isn't great. At this price I expect to be wowed."

"Amazing"

"Fabulous staff, always willing to help. Food is amazing including the evening buffet. Only problem was our air conditioning didn’t work but it wasn’t a huge problem. Pools were a little too cold but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was great to spend the day at Avali hotel too! Would highly recommend both hotels."

"The location, hotel and staff were amazing we would definitely come back"
