"If you book more than one room, the front desk will charge them one at a time. Unfortunately, this process set my credit card company into fraud detection mode, but I didn’t know it until AFTER the clerk embarrassed me by telling me my card declined, in which I dug out another card to pay. The woman acted like I was a bother in this situation. How embarrassing! To add to the insult, my card was still locked when we hurried after check in to the event that brought us to town, preventing me from using discounts on merchandise. At breakfast, we showed up before the staff restocked the food. Slim pickings! As we were leaving, a hard working woman was restocking the food, but we didn’t have time to get more food. Otherwise, the hotel was acceptable."

"Called the hotel the day before to see if we could get early check in, spoke with Araceli who told me to call back tomorrow.. called the morning of our arrival at 8am and spoke with Araceli again, said she’d check with housekeeping and call me back. We arrived at 11:15am and she never once mentioned that we spoke 2 days in a row,she then told Me to have a seat and she’ll look into it! 20 minutes later our room was ready for an extra $25 to check in early. The next morning ( I didn’t get her name) was cleaning up the breakfast area, never made eye contact or said good morning, looked like she had rollers in her hair still! We were the only people in the area. While the room was clean, the front desk staff was more than unfriendly and unhelpful!"

"It was great! We usually opt for Holiday Inn Express for travel because they’re always clean and priced well. Staff here was super nice and the free breakfast was good, too. The only “issue” we had was that the toilet seat was a little loose and the shower didn’t fully switch over from the faucet to the shower head but nothing detrimental to our stay. The room was clean, quiet, and secure. ☺️"
