I had to stay at this establishment because our home was being worked on and I chose it because it’s newly remodeled. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. Parking was always available and Air conditioner worked great. And the price during decent per night.

This place is conveniently located to the Peoria sports complex. We were there for spring training. The hotel is very rundown with wallpaper peeling and walls painted with two different paint colors.
