Weekend getaway

Expected more

The room thermostat would not stay on it would go off and have to be reset wake up sweating. The shower water pressure sucked. If you drive a lifted truck can’t park in the garage and barely can get up the ramp the way the entrance is. People parking in your designated parking spot, couldn’t find any maintenance or house keeping. The cable tv sucked

Great location

This was our first time staying in Perdido Key and we will definitely return. Condo was great and location was great. So much calmer and quieter than OB/GS. Would highly recommend.

Great Place, location and Host!

Had no problems, we enjoyed the condo, and had no issues with anything. Loved that Robert had Alexa set up for us to ask any questions. This Condo is also very convenient to so many great places to eat and Flora Bama! Oh, and Publix and Winn-Dixie are just a few miles down the road. Becky S.

Great location!

We came for a quick getaway. The condo is conveniently located near a grocery and drug store, but away from the crowds. We found delicious places to eat nearby. We added this location to our must stays. We will be back.

Short beach trip

Everything about this trip was wonderful. The property was clean and stocked with almost everything you could need. The bunks in the hall were large enough for my 2 teenage boys (6’2”and 5’8”) to sleep fairly comfortably. The pictures don’t really show the size so I was a bit worried before we arrived. Even though it’s on the 10th floor, you don’t feel like it. The view is amazing! Parking was great and you are literally steps from the beach. There is a Publix less than 10 minutes away for any groceries or necessities you may need. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I can’t say enough good things about our stay there and will definitely be back in the future!

Awesome view!

Condo is very well maintained, very clean, decorated beautifully. Ocean view from balcony is breathtaking. Well stocked with supplies. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, everything that you would need. Pictures do not do it justice. Looking forward to returning soon.

Lengthy—-but worth the read if you are seriously looking into this condo!

My family and I just spent 11 nights at this fantastic property. (In 10/7 and out on 10-18) The owner couldn’t have been more accommodating or friendly. The aftermath of Hurricane Sally, Covid, the current weather,and the oil on Johnson beach a week before our arrival left me with so many questions, and he answered every question with honesty. Upon arrival I was thankful to see that the condo had a specified parking place with covered parking. The space was RIGHT NEXT to the entry door and elevator. You get on the elevator and the room is RIGHT NEXT to the elevator once you reach the 10th floor. The location of the room in relation to parking, the beach, and pool couldn’t have been more convenient....even on the 10th floor. I should also mention that the trash chute is steps from the door to the condo. The property was super clean, decorated nicely with a quiet beach theme. The space was perfect for my family of 4. It had nice upgrades that made life easier like a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen, and some smart device/technical upgrades. Guest option was available on the tv so you could connect to your own streaming networks. An echo dot was linked to the tv, and some of the lighting. Strong wi-fi. Decent sized balcony with chairs and side tables to accommodate 4 adults/children with an addictive ring toss/ tiki toss game. The balcony delivered the perfect view of the beautiful gulf, the beach, and the pool/hot tub directly below. The beach was so quiet during our entire stay...with less than 8 people on the private beach each day. I’m sure that this isn’t the norm for this season, but it made for an awesome trip. I can’t complete the review until I include the story of my 10 year old dropping our key fob down the elevator shaft from the 10th floor. It was basically shattered, but I say all of that to say that the on-site maintenance is amazing. He retrieved our key as soon as he was on property. The only complaint I have to offer is regarding the bed. I am hesitant to mention it, because it’s not a “bad” bed, it just wasn’t our preferred softness. If you stay....please do eat at Lillian’s pizza and Fisherman’s Corner (shrimp and grits were wonderful, and the bread pudding was PHENOMENAL!! That says A LOT coming from a Disney World loving family. The capital of bread pudding!). Both restaurants were recommended by the owner and they DID NOT disappoint. Publix, Winn-Dixie, and Dollar General super close to property, with delivery options.
