Welcome to 5602 Pelican Place in Perdido Key, Florida. This 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom vacation home can accommodate up to 8 guests. You will love all of the personal touches in this newly built spacious home, with so much to offer! The community offers a community swimming pool, pavilion with fire place, pickle ball courts, life size chess lawn, fishing docks and calisthenics parks!

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). When you enter the home from your private entrance the main living area features the perfect entertainment space for your family and friends. The living area features a wall-mounted Smart TV, fire place, dining area, beverage center with wine cooler, breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen, and access to the backyard. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cookware needed to prepare homemade meals and beach snacks. There is also a half bath on the main level for your convenience. For additional sleeping space there is a sofa sleeper in the living room.

When you are ready to get out and explore, check out Perdido Key's white sugar sand beaches. There are several public access beaches up and down Perdido Key Drive and Johnson Beach/Gulf Shores National Seashore is under 3 miles. There are also places along Perdido Key Drive to rent kayaks and paddleboards. You will find local dining options just a short drive away. When you are finished with your day at the beach or exploring the area, there are 3 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The master suite has a king bed, TV and en suite with a large walk-in shower and a lovely soaking tub. There are two guest bedrooms. Both feature a queen bed and a smart tv. The two guest bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full size bathroom. The bedroom level of the home also features a quiet sitting area and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
