Apartment with terrace

The house is located within the walled city of Peñíscola, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the castle. We are a certified eco-friendly accommodation.

We’re located in the most authentic and trendy part of town—the fishermen’s quarter—surrounded by great restaurants; you’ll stay in a comfortable, self-contained apartment.

It’s ideal whether you want to visit a wonderful Mediterranean town, its beaches, and its castle… or if you want to work remotely, since we have fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

My home is located within the city walls, in the most picturesque and authentic part of town—which is why it’s considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean.

This small, elegant, and quiet apartment—despite being very centrally located (soundproofed)—is on the fourth floor of a typical Mediterranean house.
Since there is no elevator within the walled area, this accommodations are recommended for active people.

The apartment, measuring 45 m² and accommodating up to 2 guests, features the following spaces:

- Bedroom area with a king-size bed (180 x 200), designed to ensure a restful sleep, LED lighting, and a blackout shade leading to the balcony.
It features a flat-screen TV.
The room has 2 side tables, 2 reading lamps, and a closet.

We provide free bed linens and 2 towels (bath and hand) per guest.

- Outdoor terrace with two lounge chairs for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun in complete privacy.

- Fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, kettle...) and kitchen utensils.
It includes basic cooking spices, as well as tea, complimentary jams, and herbal teas.
There is also paper towels, a dishcloth, dish soap, and a scouring pad for washing dishes, saving you the hassle and expense of buying these basic items.

- Dining area with a table and comfortable wicker chairs, plus a TV.

- Bathroom with a shower and shower screen.
Toiletries are provided, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and a hair dryer.

We offer high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected or work remotely.

The apartment features a high-quality ducted A/C system (5,000 BTU) in all rooms, as well as heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in both winter and summer.

We are certified ECO-FRIENDLY accommodations because we love nature. Our electricity comes 100% from renewable energy sources, and we have solar panels; we avoid single-use plastics and sort our waste, among other measures.

The laundry area is located on the rooftop, equipped with everything you need to wash and dry your clothes, including a clothesline.
The apartment is equipped with an iron and an ironing board.

There is no parking inside the walled area, as it is a pedestrian zone; therefore, if you are traveling by car, you’ll need to park at the foot of the walls, a nearby area just a few steps from the house.
There is free public parking at the fishing port year-round.
During the off-season, the blue zone is free, but during peak season, there is paid parking (affordable rates and discounted weekly passes).

The advantage of staying at my house is that, once you’re settled in, you won’t need to move your car, since we’re right in the heart of the city.

If you’re bringing a lot of heavy luggage or have mobility issues, we’ll arrange for a permit allowing your car to drive right up to the front door for loading and unloading. To do this, we’ll need your license plate number 72 hours in advance. The local police are responsible for issuing these permits.
