"Pleasantly surprised. This hotel was immaculately clean. The pool area included. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The rooms are small but good enough for a long weekend visit, AND. No charge for a safe that was in the room. Mid week worked well for us as it seems that a lot of stays/hen parties are booked it for weekends Would stay again (mid week) "

"We have been several times to this property and there are so many positives. Easy access to old and new Benidorm. Excellent food choice, something for everyone. Staff work hard and are brilliant. We tipped regularly especially in the dining room, where they are rushed off their feet and the bar. We did notice that the outside sunbathing area to the left as you exit the bar wasn't cleaned very often and we twice stood on broken glass and discarded food and general muck from the night before which...

"We had a great time staying here for the week. The room was perfect for our needs and the staff were very friendly. Many amenities close by and the beach is a matter of minutes walk. We would recommend staying here. In fact, we have booked to come back next week for a couple more nights"

We didn’t sleep well as the pillows were really uncomfortable and there were no windows only a patio door which led onto the restaurant terrace itself. Breakfast was amazing on the first morning but I think the chef was off the next day as it wasn’t so good the next morning. "Great location if you need to be close to the British drinking area of Benidorm. Large room with all the kitchen facilities we needed. Big pool and plenty of sunbeds. Sound-proofing in room wasn't the best - could hear noise from other guests walking past and using their rooms. Not a fan of having to pay a large deposit as soon as we arrived to cover the cost of any breakages etc during our stay, but it was refunded with no problems after we left. "Didn't have very high expectations, but the Hotel turned out to be perfect for us. Location was excellent, food was great and the value for money. Couldn't fault the hotel and will be back whenever in Benidorm."
