"Paid for a standard double room but got a compact room. Window wouldn’t open so room was too warm. Paid for late checkout however this was not acknowledged so we were locked out of room. "

"We had a fantastic stay, the host was super and informative. The room was large and bright with a huge compfy bed. We had an excellent nights sleep. Breakfast was mammoth and really tasty. It’s a short walk into town so really well located too. We will definitely be back! "

"Elegant building, excellent central location, peaceful surroundings, nice views, comfortable bed. One kitchen cupboard was so high that we couldn't reach any small glasses or the cafetiere - had to make do without - even using the steps provided (and we are of average height). Cleaners brought stained towel at changeover day, and left long hairs on our bed when they changed the bedding. But in spite of this we enjoyed our stay."
