"This place is beautiful and charming. My self and my two horn h children stayed on the first floor in the large suite with two beds and a pull out futon. Unfortunately, the entire third floor was rented out to a family who were extremely loud. The children continuously ran around the floor and one evening the family had a party that was completely out of hand. I think the children were rolling pool balls on the floor and bowling with them. "I understand this was an eco lodge. However, there is no air and little cross breeze. Our bed was broken, there were not enough towels (only 3 for 5 people), we were encouraged to shower by turning the water off while we used soap, the pots and pans were so dirty that some could not be cleaned. The worst was that the staff was unprofessional. They did not communicate effectively, they were dismissive about simple requests (like "how to check in") and once we did check in we NEVER heard from...
