"Was told Laundry would be 70 rupees per load and was charged 2830 rupees. While luxury is in the name it is not luxurious. The rooms are average but they do offer some amenities."

"Perfect for our needs"

"They are close to airport but don’t provide any shuttle service."

"The property is conveniently located near the airport, making it easily accessible. The staff is cooperative and helpful. The only drawback is that breakfast starts after 8:00 AM, which may be inconvenient for early travelers. Apart from that, everything else is well worth the money."

"I had contacted them multiple times to ensure that I had an airport pickup. There was no airport pickup and I had to wait a long time after re-contacting them at landing. And then the driver went and parked in parking and I had to walk over there in the extreme heat. This was completely unacceptable"

"We only stayed for a little while as we had a late flight but everything was fine as I had expected. Good WiFi for working, staff was nice (except our first receptionist who was a bit rude - we came down 3 times as our card didn’t work). Would stay for a short time again."

"Dirty rooms. Wrong room assignment "

"Not comfortable room "

"My stay with Michael and his family was wonderful. They accommodated my late arrival graciously and made me feel at home, even though I'd clearly woken Dennis up with my lateness. Breakfast was delicious and they gave good recommendations for Jaipur. The rooftop is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy a meal. Great place to stop over for a night before or after travel. "
