"The complimentary breakfast was denied by hotel on both days although booking email clearly states that it's included. The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number."

"The rooms weren’t well maintained and bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The biggest problem was AC did not work well and made noises (most definitely pigeons nesting). Staff were friendly and helpful. "
