"Some guests on my floor were knocking on my door and wiggling my door knob. At first I was terrified and called the desk and was sent to message machine. I heard giggling and was more annoyed than scared, but nobody from security checked on me. In the morning I went down to the desk and let them know again about this 1 am disturbance. I was told they had a new system and never received my call. Thank goodness this was not a more serious! I was allowed to stay until 4 pm no charge for my trouble."
