"Super nice staff. The hotel is old and in need of renovation to keep up with what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn Express (or their competition.) But that’s ok for a night or two. Really no complaints. It gets the job done and doesn’t smell bad. The rooms are just beat up, it’s old and dark as compared to other $150/night places."

"Cleaning staff were nice. Building needs a lot of maintenance work. Locks worked off and on. Pool and hot tub combo are nice but the water in the hot tub didn’t look so great after our first day, not sure it was getting cleaned. Heard other guests say the same thing. Only one working elevator, I don’t mind taking the stairs but they were in disrepair as well. On site kitchen seemed nice on the list of things but prices were a bit high for what it was. $15 for a 3 egg omelet I could get a the...

"Everything was clean and the staff were great. We did have an issue with the lock sticking on our door so we couldn't close the door. But otherwise everything was great. It's in a quieter location a little outside of Boone."
