Overall our stay was very nice and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Although the beds were very hard and we were not made aware of the additional hotel taxes until the end of our stay.
The location on the cliff above the sea is beautiful. Easy trail to the beach below. Excellent swimming. Good breakfast. Short walk to town if you follow the trail and steps. Our second time staying there. Love it!
I had a great view of sunset from my room. There is no pool at this property but a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Very comfortable.

Hotel is approx. 20min walk from ferry port. I tried hetting a taxi to hotel because it was hot and my luggage heavy, but taxis told me its too close they will not take me..oh well, I walked and yes, its walkable though exhausting in heat. Hotel is by the sea, my room (310) did not have seaview. Closest beach is just a few minute walk away. Room was ok size, matterss was very hard. Bathroom did not have a shower curtain so when you take a shower water was on a floor. There was an odd window in bathroom which was not locked and I believe it had direct access to room next door (?) which was odd. At least I could hear people in that room. At least put a lock on that window, please. Staff was nice and helpful. Check in time was 1pm, but my room was not ready until 2:15pm. Went to the beach until room was ready. Hotel gave me a beach towel which was nice. Breakfast was ok. Toast, scrambled eggs, greek feta pies, some fruit, cereal, coffee/tea, juices. Nice terrace to enjoy the food. There was also a bar that opened up at 6pm. You can see sunset from the terrace. Hotel is in quiet area.

A mix up with reservation caused us to stay in smaller room with very uncomfortable bed first night because of room availability anywhere on island Owners were very nice and upgraded on 2nd night. Breakfast and location were great.

very good location, 10 min walk to the centre. nice breakfast, hotel is very quiet, beds are ok, not that comfortable. family who runs hotel are very nice and helpful. good experience
Rauhallinen sijainti. Upeat näkymät merelle. Ystävällinen hotellihenkilökunta. Perusteellinen siivous, vaikkakin vuodevaatteita eikä pyyhkeitä vaihtettu 5 päivän aikana. Voin lämpimästi suositella.

Not too shabby for the price
We had a great time staying at the Nikolas Hotel. The view from our balcony was AMAZING and the lady who worked at the front desk was so helpful. She spoke perfect English and told us all that there was to do in Paros. The location was great too because it was in a quite area, yet just a short 2 minute walk from the main part of town. The only downside was that the sink dripped and the shower was missing a curtain and wasn't always hot, but we were able to survive. For the price, it was perfect for us and I would suggest it to anyone. Also, I should note that we stayed in early April and the island was still pretty dead. The bar/cafe in the hotel has a great view and is really nice, but I can imagine it might get a little loud at night during the summer months because the outdoor patio is directly below everyone's balconies.
