"Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was noisy at the time of my stay due to other guests speaking loudly and opening and closing doors late at night and early morning. Before me needing to ask, the staff moved me to a quiet room. The breakfast was good. A decent coffee machine would have made the experience nicer.
The hotel represents excellent value for money. It is around 10 minutes or so from Paro and 20 mins to airport."

"Most staff are teenager and young adult sillyhearts. They have no initiative. This property does not provide tour guides nor get you connected with one. Constant bathroom leaks and backfiring showerhead during my stay. Water flying all over the bathroom at any time! The take hours to reply by Whatsapp or room phone. You will not get your food for at least an hour. Literally caught staff hanging up the staff phone and dancing for social media. There's nothing around this property. Would be better...

"This hotel is located in a very peaceful location, away from the downtown shops and market. The taktsang monastery is visible from the hotel, the hotel is surrounded by hills and beautiful scenery. I really enjoyed my stay here."
