Centrally located with convenient parking. The room was very large - I don't think I've ever stayed in a room this big. Since it was located on the street level, you could hear car and motorcycle noises quite clearly. Also, guests in the upstairs room were noisy. Otherwise a great stay. Located next to nice dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Family stay in Parnu

An excellent stay - communication from Inga was brilliant. The apartment was spotless and had all the facilities promised. The outside area was great for a quiet chill out. Location was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Due to the time of year it was pretty noisy with cars and people until the early hours - we needed to keep the sole window closed which made the apartment pretty warm. For future guests a second fan may be useful.

Sehr schöne und anspruchsvolle Unterkunft und sehr Zentral gelegen. Aber leider wurde die Anfrage eines eventuellen früheren Check-In nicht beantwortet. Obwohl ein Parkplatz reserviert wurde, konnte dieser nicht genutzt werden… Es erfolgte ebenso kein Hinweis oder eine Erklärung wie dieser zu nutzen ist. Die Androhung eines nachträglichen Preises für das Hinterlassen eines nicht geleerten Abfalleimers ist schlicht unverschämt.

Keskustassa oleva majoitus, jossa palvelut erittäin lähellä ja helppo liikkua. Majoituksen oma pysäköintialue suljetun portin takana. Asunnossa hieman lattialla hiekkaa, muutoin siisti. Ei viilennystä ja ilmanvaihto muutoinkin heikko. Yöllä varsin kuuma, joskin emme viitsineet nukkua ikkuna auki, kun tämä huoneisto oli katutasolla.

Parasta oli hyvä sijainti aivan keskustassa. Sähkölukon koodin sai tekstiviestillä ennen majoittumista ja muutenkin helppoa ja sujuvaa asiointia. Kadunpuoleisessa huoneessa äänieristys ei paras mahdollinen ja yksi yö valvottiin naapurihuoneen vauvan huutaessa, mutta seinänaapureiden vaihduttua ei kuulunut ääniä huoneeseen. Vuodesohva ei lasten mukaan ollut hyvä nukkua, jouset painoivat. Siisti ja kaunis hotelli, ihana kattoterassi. Helteellä ilmastointi olisi plussaa.

Clean, excellent location, slightly boring.

Clean, excellent location and all over a nice experience. Asking guests to take out trash and do dishes at 130e per night could be reconsidered though. Only had one roll of toilet paper for 2 people and 2 nights. Communication with staff was quick, but there was zero initiative on their behalf. All info had to be separately asked for and only one question per email was answered.
