The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for meal preparation, such as glassware, cookware, a Keurig coffee maker, and wine glasses. The app groups passengers traveling in the same direction for efficient trips and offers wheelchair-accessible vehicles with door-to-door service for those with limited mobility. Use the High Valley Transit app, available on the App Store and Google Play, to plan your trip by entering your pickup and drop-off locations. The app will guide you to your bus or micro-pickup point.

Powderwood Pines is dog-friendly, accommodating one small dog due to HOA rules. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
