Great location in a quiet street in front of the Folies Bergères. Breakfast was disappointing - very limited choice and no non-dairy milk or yoghurt options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed in room 24 was really uncomfortable, but all other facilities good.

I’m never one to complain about a stay ever but Staff extremely rude, room a lot smaller than pictures, horrible smell in room daily, broken lift, had to give our room key to reception every single time you leave the hotel and ask for it back again which was painful. Only positive is it’s in a good location luckily .

Really cute Hôtel surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. We had a room in the 5th floor and the view from the balcony was amazing! We could see Sacre-Coeur it was so impressive.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was excellent; flight delayed, so I called ahead to advise we may be late checking in, and the gentleman on reception was very helpful. The room was small, but big enough for our short stay; but the balcony and view!!! MAGNIFIQUE! Clean room, comfortable beds, excellent bathroom, and the Cafe Folies opposite was also excellent. Highly recommend!

The stay was great. The location is amazing. It has lot of restaurants and cafes and very near to most of the site seeing just a metro away. The early Checkin wasn’t possible during our stay we had to wait for 3hrs.

The location is great as it is not a far walk to different metro stops. The staff is amazing!!! Room was serviced each day. The suite had room with a sitting area and bed in the back. Problem with the room was the curtains were so dirty. Stains all over them. They need to be replaced big time.

Fantastic location

Really lovely twin room and in a great location, easy access to metros and safe area. Mini-fridge in the room didn’t work, staff said there was nothing they could do to fix this. The walls were also a little thin, so could hear noise from neighbours.

Smelled of puke with low security

Room smelled significantly of puke, no functioning door in the shower cabin and out of date security system for the keys I.e., the staff “remembered” who owned which key. Making it somewhat easy to go in and claim a random key number since you had to leave it at the counter when exiting the hotel.
