This place was very quaint. I imagine it’s like hotels in days gone by where you are hosted rather than renting a room. We opted for the breakfast and for 10 euros, it was fresh and simple, but worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location only 5 minutes walk from gare du nord plus metro station and approximately 10 minutes walk to sacre coeur location. Quite hot at night as no air conditioning but still slept well after all our excursions. Room was clean and very well presented. Breakfast was good, plenty of different choices for a continental breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient for the Gare du Nord and metro. Room size was OK but not generous. Shower good but no way of keeping the floor dry. Breakfast was good and the staff generally were helpful and friendly. No USB ports for charging phones. Simple bar served by receptionist.

I do not leave bad reviews often, but this place was terrible. I always do my research and make sure everything is taken care of before traveling. We arrived at the hotel late, around 11:00 p.m., and the front desk initially had difficulty locating my reservation. Once it was found, I was told I needed to pay for the room even though it had already been paid in full. At first, I assumed the charge was for the city tax (about 6 euros), but after tapping my card, I realized he was attempting to charge me again for the full two-night stay. Fortunately, my card declined. I showed the front desk agent my Expedia confirmation and receipt, yet he continued to insist the reservation was unpaid, which made the situation confusing and uncomfortable. The staff member was not friendly, and the room was very basic. It was fine for sleeping, but the elevator was extremely small, the room felt old and outdated, and the window would not close all the way. The hotel was quiet, centrally located, and I did feel safe. However, the lack of customer service overshadowed these positives. The front desk agent only agreed to follow up with Expedia at the very end of our stay and was consistently rude. He also demanded the physical room key back each time we left the hotel, without explanation. Better communication and customer service could have made this a forgettable issue, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you do not speak French.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Gare du Nord and the price point. It was an easy walk to the hotel from the station and we were able to store our luggage there until check in time. It is also just about a block from the Metro. The room was small, but clean. There is no A/C, but there are operable windows and a fan was in the room. We had a triple room and the beds were adequate, but the pillows were very flat. (We found extra pillows in the cupboard just when we were about to check out!) We did not access the breakfast option. Convenient location, good price, basic, clean hotel.

Staff was very courteous and professional. Room was decent size. WiFi bandwidth was top notch! Reason for 4 stars was shower was too small. Room was on side of Main Street so was very noisy ar all times. Through Expedia Inthougjt Ibwas supposed to get a welcome gift (bottles water), but they refused to give one to me and my guest. Finally, I thought that I prepaid for this accommodation, yet the hotel still charged my card for the 2 nights at checkout. I will be checking my card statement when I return home then deal with Expedia.

Room was clean, vert very tiny. A large person wont fit in the bathroom with the door closed I highly doubt lol. Room and bed were comfortable, if a little on the snug side. Room was welcomingly quite at all times. A fan provided was a life saver compared to the suffocating heat in Paris at the time. Breakfast was adequate and exceptionally good value. Ideally situated for the Gare du Nord and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica area of Montmartre. Overall a very pleasant few days break, although if staying longer i would go for something a little more upmarket.
