Good Apartment Disorganized Host

Good location bedding and linens adequate,cutlery, plates, pots and pans minimal, cleaning supplies minimal. No house manual to explain appliances etc. Minimal tea and coffee supplied.To access apartment address, Street door codes, floor door code and lock box code were required. Street door and floor door codes supplied by email were incorrect. Correct door codes and lockbox code were only provided after several phone calls, texts a couple of hours before we were to get into apartment. This is unsettling to an international traveler arriving on an overnight flight who if not sure if his phone will work in a foreign country. In addition I texted 3 times with questions before departure and received no response, called twice to no answer.
