It is walkable, clean, value for money, has a good breakfast, and has professional staff. The standard room is promoted to have a balcony, but this was not true (a mistake in the app), which is unfair, and the underground is heard.

The hotel is in need of renovation, the area is save, has several subway stations nearby. Room was real small unlike what you see online. The bathroom is very small and the shower stall is ridiculously small, 2 1/2 feet x 2 1/2 feet which I barely fitted in. Once inside I had to use my foot or my butt to keep the glass door closed to keep water from getting outside.

Nice location, very welcoming staff and thats not usual in Paris. Good wifi, breakfast was also pretty big and tasty. The onlybdrawback was thw size of the room very small and door in shower was missing

**Pros:** The hotel is in a great location, with shopping areas within walking distance and plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. **Cons:** The pictures of the lobby and rooms do not accurately represent their current state and could use an update. The shower was quite small, measuring only 4x4 feet, which meant you had to be prepared to get wet. Additionally, there was no place to put soap or other toiletries. The bathroom was adequate, but it only had a knob for towels and no toilet paper holder. The lighting around the mirror was insufficient, as the bulbs needed replacing, making it difficult to see clearly while shaving. I prefer to sleep in during vacations, but the cleaning staff starts early, and the room lacked a "Do Not Disturb" sign. In lieu of that, I stuck a large Post-it note on the door in French, which worked. Next time, I would be willing to pay a bit more for better accommodations.

Disappointing Stay – Not As Advertised We booked a Comfort Room based on the photos online, but what we got looked nothing like what was advertised. The room was very outdated, and the beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, and the room was uncomfortably hot the entire time. Overall, the stay was not what we expected, and we wouldn’t book here again.
