We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel. The décor was beautiful, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris!

The hotel is conveniently located, approximately a 20–30-minute walk from the Champs-Élysées and close to a metro station, making it easy to explore Paris. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, which adds to the convenience of the location. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent daily housekeeping services that ensured a consistently clean and pleasant environment. The only downside was the price, which I found relatively expensive compared to the overall value offered. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, particularly due to the convenient location, spacious room, and excellent cleanliness. However, more competitive pricing would make the hotel a better value for money.

What a wonderful hotel. Clean, close to the Metro Wagram station, comfortable beds, and lovely staff! I so enjoyed staying in a neighborhood and really experiencing Paris.

Hotel Mercedes did not disappoint - fantastic location conveniently located on a corner with bakery, bistro, grocery store and pharmacy. Metro is 2 minute walk and many restaurants in the area a short walk away. The room with pullout couch worked perfectly for our family if 4! Many of the tourist attractions throughout Paris are only a 20 minute Metro ride away. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend and stay here again!

My son and I had a lovely short stay at Hotel Mercedes. The room was a good size, the bed was large and comfortable, soft fluffy towels. There was a good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The area was nice and quiet away from the tourist hot spots but still had a supermarket, chocolatier, bistros, parc Monceau and the Arc de Triomphe a short walk away. Most other tourist spots were about 20-30mins away on the Metro/RER. I would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) in one of the suites, which was wonderful. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and perfect for us. The location of the hotel was great too, with the metro very close by, a supermarket just around the corner and several lovely places to eat within easy walking distance. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning and everyone really enjoyed it. Everything was beautifully presented, with plenty of choice and everything you could need really. We would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. It really does feel like we found a gem!

Wir hatten die Palmer Beach Suite - ein echt tolles Zimmer für bis zu 4 Personen. 2 davon auf einer großen Schlafcouch. Personal echt top. Vielen Dank für die Tipps und liebevollen Umgang. Frühstück war lecker, aber es gab etwas wenig Auswahl und man durfte nicht zu spät kommen, sonst war das Buffet wie leer gefegt. Lage super. Metro um die Ecke. Viele Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Insgesamt 4,5 Sterne
