Summary:
Welcome to my renovated flat for 12 guests! My comfortable and cozy 4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms flat, located at the heart of Paris city center, Next to Gare de Lyon, on a quiet and private passage. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located in the 11th district, the heart of the French capital!
Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal holiday spot for your family holidays in Paris.
The Space:
My 100m2 cozy and bright flat next to Gare de Lyon, is located on the ground floor on a private and residential passage. The ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city easily reachable.
Important - the apartment is divided in two separate units, completely independent from each other. They are always rented together and you will have full access to both of them! Each of the apartments is accessed through independent doors, you can see them in the listing pictures, one right next to each other. Really convenient for big families, groups of friends or business trips, as each member of the group will enjoy from each of the apartment's privacy.
Unit A - Right:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed and ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: Double bed
- Living room: sofa bed (140x200cm)
Unit B - Left:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed and ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: Double bed
- Living room: sofa bed (140x200cm)
Both feature a cozy and comfy living area with its own dinning table and opened to a well-equipped American kitchen.
Some special features!
- Accessed via a very nice and quiet interior garden, private only for the neighbors of the building.
- The apartment used to be an office space, now entirely renovated!
- No stairs to access the apartment!
- Living room with an open layout to a modern kitchen
- AC portable machines
- 4 full bathrooms, two of them ensuite
- Paid parking off premises - walking distance from the apartment.
- Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please
- Fresh linens and bath towels will be provided.
- My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay

- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.
- Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day.
- During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team!
The Neighborhood:
This flat is located in a very lively area of the 11th arrondissement, 5 minutes' walk from Place de la Bastille. The area is full of restaurants, famous shops and many local shops (bakery, fish shop, restaurants, butcher's, dry cleaner, pharmacy, ...).
Getting Around:
The geographical location of the flat will allow you to move very easily and quickly throughout the capital of France via the many public transport options available:
- Underground: Montgallet (line 8), located 3 minutes away on foot
- Metro: Gare de Lyon (line 1), 3 minutes walk away
- Underground: Reuilly-Diderot (line 8), 5 minutes walk away
- Numerous BUS lines day & night
- Vélib Station
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***
- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.
- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.6 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.
- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.
*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***
Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a deposit seizure up to 600€.
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas.
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. No smoking on interior areas.
6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
