It's like a small village, in the immediate vicinity there is the famous Butte aux Cailles with its terraces, bars, and Parisian bistros. The hill offers an unparalleled view of Paris. Nearby, you can visit the Parc Montsouris for a green break. Also, the apartment is very close to Place d'Italie with its cinema complex and shopping center. You will love the neighborhood!
