"Staff was not helpful with a few inconveniences. AC did not work, room was extremely uncomfortable. Elevators were terrible. Bed wasn’t great. Ordered a room with breakfast through Expedia, upon check in we were told that breakfast wasn’t included, then told us to call Expedia. No… you call Expedia and sort it. We paid over $200 for the room, where’s the service??? I would not recommend staying here."

"Beautiful hotel, very clean elegant spacious lobby with restaurant serving wonderful food. Helpful friendly staff answering any questions. Also ATM 🏧 in the lobby. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice, cereals, meat, fruits, pastries etc and of course coffee ☕️ vending machines. Room very clean ( daily room cleaned) with comfortable beds, provided with AC. "Would highly recommend the VIP Executive Zurique hotel, stayed a total of 5 nights and was very happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. My only criticism would be that it was that the room too warm so had to have the windows open to cool the room down. Breakfast was good with a variety of options and the hotel was near public transportation. Overall a good choice for the value. "
