You will be in the heart of San Jose city with green spaces, parks, beautiful people, culture, and historical landmarks like the National Theater of Costa Rica 🇨🇷 right next door. When we come back to San Jose, we'll definitely stay again."
"Shirley, who works at breakfast, was amazing as always. I've stayed at this hotel several times, and the staff has consistently been friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately, new policies like charging guests an extra $X.XX for fried eggs are a deal breaker for me.
I explained the situation, and they waived the charge. Also Jacuzzi has been in maintenence for a couple of years now (hot water no bubbles). Still a nice place."
"At breakfast the scrambled eggs consistently had egg shell fragments in them. Very unpleasant to chew on. The showers need upgraded. Other than those two items the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very kind and helpful. The rest of the breakfast items were very good. Valet parking was excellent with prompt attending to whenever we came or went."
