"White Heron" - Perfectly Located on the West End of Panama City Beach w/ Private Pool + easy 5 minute walk to the Beach!
Introducing "White Heron" by Holiday Beach Rentals, a brand new vacation rental located less than a mile from the beach in a tranquil neighborhood. This home features 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms which can accommodate up to 10 guests. With it's spacious layout, luxurious amenities and proximity to the beach, "White Heron" makes the perfect vacation getaway for your group!
On the first floor, you'll find your main living area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom, a king room with private en-suite is located on this level along with a half bathroom and washer/dryer set. You can access the furnished pool deck with 20 x 12 private heated pool from the main floor as well. The private deck features sun loungers, outdoor dining, a swing bed, outdoor TV, ping pong table and cornhole game. For added convenience, there is an outdoor shower located on the side of the house.
The second floor features three additional bedrooms with one being a king room with private en-suite and the other a queen/queen bunk room with private en-suite. The final bedroom is the master suite with king bed, private walkout balcony and private en-suite with walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The 2nd floor features a cozy living area and an office with computer desk and chair.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is an additional fee and is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay. Contact our Reservations Team for pricing.
The Beach! This home is not beachfront. The Bay County Public Beach Access 77 is the nearest beach access point at about 0.2 miles away or about a 5 minute walk. Another nearby beach access point, Beach Access 79, is about 0.3 miles and a 6 minute walk.

Summer: May 23 - August 1 (Saturday-Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
