This gated Emerald Coast community includes swimming pools, puttering parks, greenspaces, and a fitness center—minutes from the beach and a quick walk from dining and entertainment at The Big Chill. Guests will love drinking in the scenic views from the spacious porches of this condo!

Serene elegance enraptures guests inside this reverse floor plan home. On the bottom level, discover a guest bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and a porch with private entry—perfect for lounging in the sun or slipping out for a late-night stroll on the boardwalk. An extra sleeping area has 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed with charging ports and individual lights in each bunk.

On the second floor waits the open great room, outfitted with hardwood floors, custom artwork, and designer furnishings. Enjoy making meals in the beautifully appointed kitchen, featuring quartz countertops and high-end appliances. There is room for 6 to dine at the sleek dinner table and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The beach was amazing, and we appreciated the beach chair service. We used the smaller community pool behind the condo. I wish the pools would stay open a bit later than sunset.
