OCEANTFRONT? You bet! If your idea of a relaxing vacation is soaking up the sun, try our family owned 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo. You can relax in the crystal blue waters of the Emerald Coast, sink your toes into the striking white sand and take in one of the most breathtaking sunsets of your life. Nature has supplied it all in abundance on one of Florida's best rated beaches- Panama City Beach. Dunes of Panama allows for one of the best front row seats to this picture perfect view of nature's creations.
◆ Important Notice – A Building Exterior Repairs
Starting in September 2025 and continuing through March 2026, the A BUILDING at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs. Work will take place Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT).
These repairs are limited to the exterior of the building and will not affect guest stays- discounted rates are listed during this time. Please note that during this time there will be jackhammering, rebar and stucco repair on the exterior of the building. Some balconies may be temporarily closed or locked while work is being completed on the unit’s exterior. A209 is schedule to have the balcony temporarily closed and locked from October 15 through December 9, 2025.
In many instances and as part of the above disclosure prior to booking or immediately after booking, you may actually see up to a 40% discount off the normal rates paid in the A Building and other Dunes of Panama buildings to compensate for the inconvenience. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience or disruption you may have had during your stay in the A Building during this time and hope you will give us another chance under normal circumstances to enjoy our beautiful property and all the amenities the Dunes of Panama offers our guest.

◆Guest Responsibility-The guest who booked the reservation must be present during the stay and may not book on behalf of another party. Identification may be requested at check-in to verify the reservation holder.
◆ Property Occupancy- For the safety and comfort of all guests, please do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit for the property at any time. Maximum occupancy is 8.
◆Noise Policy- We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and maintain low noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. If the property is in a community with an established quiet hours policy, those rules must also be observed. Repeat violations or excessive noise complaints may result in fines or immediate eviction without refund.
◆ Smoking Policy- To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Smoking outdoors must occur at least 10 feet away from doors, windows, and balconies. A $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs.
◆ Party and Event Policy- Our property is intended for peaceful enjoyment. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival.
◆ Unauthorized Guests- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
