Holiday 30A at Magnolia Cottages

Holiday 30A at Magnolia Cottages by the Sea, a small, quiet, and quaint neighborhood, is the perfect 30A getaway, especially with its location in the neighborhood. A spacious, custom 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, nice situated on the property for privacy and no home on one side. Relaxing from the moment you enter.

Ample parking for 2 cars and another small car or golf cart. There is a deeded beach access directly in front of the neighborhood. The pool is between the beach and the home; convenient with bathrooms. Take the bikes to the close shops & restaurants: 1M to Alys Beach, 1M to The Big Chill and 2 miles to Rosemary Beach. Only 6 miles to Seagrove/Seaside.

Golf Carts
There is a small amount of golf cart parking the front of the neighborhood between Morgan Ln & the Waterhouse condos. A golf cart to the beach is not really necessary to the beach, it's only about three hundred yards.
Beach Access & Service
In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "beach setup", consisting of 2 chairs and an umbrella. For beach chair rental call 904-708-1859 and ask for Shawn or Blain. You can bring some of the beach chairs in the shed with you for additional seating as well.
There is another small public beach access at Mistral just a one to two min walk to the west with a bike rack and you do not have to rent at this location. It also tends to be less crowded.

Wonderful Stay

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the Magnolia Cottage. The location was convenient to the beach, the pool, and not far from a Publix and anything else we needed. Communication with the owner was fantastic and the home is well appointed with plenty of towels, beach chairs, bikes, and some beach toys for the kids. We used the kitchen to cook frequently and found it to have everything we needed. There’s a great coffee/wine/pizza bar a short walk away that we found to be a convenient stop. We had a great week and would definitely recommend this home to anyone considering staying in the area.

Family Beach Trip

We loved staying in the Magnolia cottages for our trip over Easter with family. Check in was super easy, the house had everything we needed, and it was close to beach and everything else!

Great location! Great property!

The property was so perfect. We had two adult sisters and our teenage daughters for a special spring break. The condo was so cute, clean, quiet and welcoming. We all felt comfortable, slept great and created so many great memories. The property was also in a perfect location to the pool and beach and was priced vey reasonably. The bikes and beach chairs were also such a nice bonus. We hope to go back!

Excellent stay!

Very peaceful and private location. Back porch/yard is fantastic and cooked out on grill provided. Walked to beach and pool each day, leveraging beach equipment and supplies which were all made available to us, including 4 bikes! Definitely will visit again in the future.

A Gem

My family stayed five days for my 60th birthday. The pictures for this house did not do any justice. This place is absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely stay again. The house is beautifully decorated, well stocked with all you need and meticulously clean. My husband’s fav was the screened back porch. The beach and pool access are near by and the shed with all the accessories were so helpful.

Amazing!!

Everything about our stay here was wonderful! Came here for a few days with family. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the location was perfect. We loved using the bikes to get around! Communication was excellent and the house itself was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Felt very secluded but was close to everything we wanted to explore. Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back soon!

Amazing stay

The property was amazing, it was in a very safe neighborhood close to the pool and to the beach. The house had all the amenities you needed it even included bikes and beach chairs, and a beach wagon. I would definitely stay there again.

Private and Relaxing

This property had lots of space. Everyone having their own bathroom was a plus. We enjoyed grilling on the patio, reading on the screened in porch and sitting on the front porch. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only shortcoming was the more than a 1/4 mile walk to the beach and the 53 steps down to access the beach (and back up on the way home). That's a little far with a one year old. We quickly purged items we decided we're not a necessity to carry to the beach. The beach was beautiful!

Great house!

We had a great stay at Holiday 30a. The home was in a great location and we greatly appreciated the beach chairs + beach wagon as it made the walk to the beach very easy. The bikes were also an added bonus! I’d highly recommend this house to anyone visiting 30A.

We all loved this cottage

We had a great long weekend stay at this home. Our group of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 10 year olds) had plenty of room to spread out and all enjoyed the space. The kitchen and entire house were clean and well stocked and we loved that there were bikes and beach toys provided. The beach is an easy 7-10 min walk, but we preferred to ride our bikes over for a really quick trip. We also rode our bikes over to the Big Chill for ice cream, lunch and a little shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, nice area, clean house

My family stayed here for 5 days and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the bikes that were available to us and the beach chairs that we could take to the beach. The house was very clean and it was in a beautiful area. My only complaint would be that there was not enough toiletries available for my family of 6. One roll of toilet paper in the restrooms was not enough to last the week, there was no hand soap. Coffee machine but no coffee filters. We just had to buy way too many things that should have been available to us for a week long stay.

Great Location

It was a nice cottage that is in a little secluded neighborhood. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. You do have access to the beach with a private code, but you will still have to walk a a short distance down the beach because the private beach at the walkway is for a different condo. We ended up renting a golf cart and just drove a small distance to the public beach access so we didn't have to walk to far on the beach. Great stay

Spring Break

Such a charming and private getaway. The pictures do not do this home justice. Great location between Seaside and Rosemary, close to the hub. Perfect for adults and teenagers. Will definitely want to book this again.

Beautiful property!

This home is beautiful! It's clean and upscale. Very nice furnishings, bedding, very comfortable and private. We didn't need anything accept food for the cabinets and fridge. Short 1/2 Mile walk to the beach. Private entrance but I would point out that you can't just set up where you want on the beach. You must go to the public areas or rent chairs to be close to the private access. That would be my only criticism.

Glorious Getaway

Property was perfect. Every room was comfortable and perfect! The only negative was that the website listed “private beach access” which misled us to believe we would get to be on a private beach. This is not the case. It’s more practical to use the public access that leads you to the public beach. On the first day, after we get settled we were made to move to the public beach. So this amenity was a bait and switch especially since the lure of a private beach was the top contender in our decision making.

Family get together!

Our family of grown children and grandchildren met in this beautiful home for one week. The property is clean and simply lovely! There was an issue with the air conditioner- no air conditioning for our first night. The owner was quick to respond the next morning and a new motor was installed the following day!! This was a wonderful property that we would use again! I highly recommend this property!

Perfect 1 story home

We really enjoyed the location of the home, private beach access was never overly crowded. We booked beach chair/umbrella service with Shawn a few weeks before our trip. The home came with folding beach chairs so we used 2 of those for our daughters. In the garage there are bikes for toddler/youth and adult along with boogie boards, chairs and umbrella. I will say it may be time for the owners to upgrade the bikes and a couple of the beach chairs…several were rusty and pretty dated, but they worked for us and we enjoyed biking down to Charlie’s donut truck in Alys some mornings or Rosemary. The home itself was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much! The owners were so easy to communicate with and take great care of the home. It was clean and well stocked. We ate dinners most nights at the house and really enjoyed picking up seafood dinners from Goatfeathers in Inlet. Great trip!
