Wake up to endless Florida sunshine and sweeping views of azure Gulf waves at this beachfront condo in Sterling Breeze! The perfect retreat for a beach-going family, this Panama City Beach condo features a private balcony overlooking the water, complimentary seasonal beach service, and fantastic resort amenities that include a seasonally heated pool, a poolside cafe, a hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center, and an outdoor firepit.

Beloved by families, beachcombers, and water sports enthusiasts, Sterling Breeze is located directly on the white sand shores of Panama City Beach. You'll be half a mile from both the Russell-Fields Pier (where you can fish for flounder, king mackerel, and red fish) and Pier Park's famous shops, restaurants, cinemas, and regular entertainment. You kids will also delight in visits to Gulf World, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and Camp Helen State Park - all of which are within a few miles' drive.

Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Nice, safe property to stay. Loved that beach chairs were included in the rental. So nice to be able to walk to Pier Park for good dining and shopping.

Great location and staff at resort were beyond kind! Close proximity to pier park and you can walk to if you would like (a little less than half a mile each way). The beach service that came with 2 chairs and an umbrella was great! No getting up early to save our spot, we had the same chairs daily and they made sure that it was an unobstructed view! Check in was easy and communication was great. Would stay again in this unit. Only reason I gave a 4 stars was that the bedroom needs some darker shades. Quite a bit of light comes through at night and room wasn’t dark at all. We were so tired in the evening we fell asleep easily, but that might be difficult for those who like it darker to sleep. Great stay! Unit was accurately described and pictures a good representation of the unit.

It was great location. Pool was great and access to the beach was good. The ladies working the check in desk could have been nicer. Two different ladies and both didn’t want to be bothered.

Everything was great except for vacassa we stayed in this condo 2 years ago and enjoyed it. The balcony sliding door didn't lock we called vacassa 4 or 5 times and they always came up with a excuse, someone from sterling breeze came up and fixed it

Everything you need

Perfect location on the quiet side of pier ~ an easy half mile walk to Pier Point. Saw dolphins and stingrays jumping from the balcony.

Perfect Long Weekend

We checked in late on a friday night. The place smelled and looked liked it had just been cleaned. Everything was just as expected! The main bed is extremely comfortable!! The view of the ocean is amazing! We would absolutely stay there again!!

Location was perfect! The room was very clean and up to date. The elevators were fast, which is usually a problem at most places. The pool and hot tub was nice especially when we had a double red flag day. There were only a few problems. There was no plate in the microwave. The oven was not heating up properly. It took a while longer to cook a frozen pizza. The shower door in the master leaked pretty bad, but we were able to keep the water contained with towels. The worst part was checking in. The lady at the front desk was not helpful. You have to get on a computer and fill out forms yourself and print out your own parking pass. For some this could’ve been a big problem because the lady was no help. Other than that, I am glad we chose this place for our girls trip.

Nice property. Mostly positive, a few small negatives

Property is clean and in good order. Location in right on the beach, so nice. Everything working. Very comfortable. Lots of road construction and internal construction going on. Unavoidable during this time of year. Floors could have been cleaned better. Looked ok but dirty. Also the breezeway light outside the bedroom window lights it up the BR way too bright for me. Bad layout but a darkening shade would help. Overall I would recommend highly. The construction will end eventually and floor is minor issue. I would advise that if you are a light sleeper bring a dark curtain for the bedroom.

Wonderful

Wonderful experience. Wonderful location. Great Staff. Our first impression was, Great and Wonderful. The negative, this Condo could use a deep cleaning. While picking up clothing beside the bed, I found the comforter bunched up and very nasty from dust bunnies that had collected on it under the bed. The bottom seal on the master shower door is covered in mold. And when I turned the chair to watch TV, it was obvious that the chair had not been moved in the cleaning process.

Comfortable stay on the beach

I'm glad I decided to go with this rental. I didn't want a highrise but I'm so happy it was on the 3rd floor, which made us feel like we were still close to the beach. It wasn't a busy time for the building, so getting to the elevators was fast. The condo was lovely; there was some cleaning I had to do in the master bathroom shower. I didn't mind too much, I'd rather clean and know it's done correctly, but I don't want to be charged such a high fee for cleaning and they don't clean well. We really did enjoy ourselves. The only annoying thing is the bikers riding up and down the street during the night. They are loud, but they faded after about midnight. The view was just serene, the staff was nice and we would visit again.

An Amazing Place to Stay!!

It has been over 6 years since we have been back to Panama City Beach and you always worry when you book a place, This place exceeded our expectations!! The condo was amazing, clean and very well taken care of! Everything worked great and even had a few board games we could play on the rainy nights! The pool was amazing also, everyone was so friendly! I can't say it enough though the condo was fabulous! Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Spot, Spectacular Views

The wife and I loved staying here! The location is awesome being right on the beach and about a 15 minute walk to Pier Park along some of the most beautiful beach line ever. We loved being on the 3rd floor which put us high enough to have a great view of the beach and water, but not so high that we can't get to the beach quickly. The condo was very clean and very quiet. We didn't have any issues with noise even with the pool being directly below us. One of the nicest things about this rental is the included beach chairs and umbrella which is a must for spending a lot of chill time on the beach. We plan on staying here again in the future. Loved it!

Likes: Love the view of the Ocean. The kitchen was well equipped. Dislikes: No sidewalks to the near by Pier, shopping, restaurants. Very noisy since the bedrooms are located near the street.
