Beachfront condo on the 2nd floor. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This spacious unit will comfortably sleep 9! The beach and beachside pool are just steps away from your balcony.

LOCATION:
On Thomas Drive, this unit sits right on the beach on the quiet end of Panama City. You are just minutes away from Pier Park via Back Beach Road buy you can avoid the traffic , noise and parking decks of Front Beach Road.

WHO MAY RENT:
Families and those seeking quiet accommodations are welcome. The Watercrest is a quiet family oriented complex. It's great for those who want to avoid the loud noise and traffic from party-type places along Front Beach Road or near the Beach-Front bars and restaurants. You must be 25 years of age to rent at The Watercrest. No exceptions. It's a non-smoking, no pets unit! Unit will sleep nine.

OUR UNIT:
Our 2nd floor unit Watercrest unit is BEACH FRONT located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. Not all Watercrest units have a pool view, ours does. It also has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach from the kitchen, den, and two of the bedrooms.

You won't have to wait long for the elevators! Floors 1-6 have their own elevators in addition to the main elevators that service all floors. You'll love this!

This unit is 1440 sq feet! The kitchen is nicely equipped with new pots, pans, utensils, plastic ware, etc.. . We provide soap for the dishwasher as well.

We have installed a nice key pad entry system. You don't have to take a key to the pool or beach and never worry about getting locked out! We will provide you with a key code that is valid for your stay only.

THE BALCONY:
The balcony is very large and you can access the balcony from either of the two gulf front master bedrooms or the den. It is right above the large pool.

AMENITIES:
Free high speed internet is provided.

Each bedroom has their own bath, stocked with a start up roll of toilet paper. We provide towels.

You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer. The Watercrest has a tennis court, a shuffle ball court., pickle ball court. We have a large pool, a kiddy pool, a huge hot tub and, a coed fitness room with dry sauna.

PARKING:
Watercrest parking is stress free. The parking lot has an ample number of spaces. Parking is very near the elevators. You won't find yourself stressed out in a loading/unloading zone. Your rent includes up to two parking pass. THE
WATERCREST HAS A STRICT MAXIMUM OF 2 PARKING PASSES PER UNIT - NO EXCEPTIONS, SORRY. If you need more than two spaces, we also own 3/3 units at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort and they allow more cars. Let us know if you are interested in Front Beach Road.

There Is Absolutely No Smoking And No Pets Are Allowed.

Please - No Spring Breakers - No College Groups. This Is A Family Complex!

Condo was just as listed. Plenty of room and super convenient to everything. Very clean. Honestly one of the best complexes we have stayed at in PCB in a very long time. Would highly recommend and would love to return for another stay at Watercrest.

This is a wonderful condo. We enjoyed to stay here. It was very clean and supplied everything that for used in kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Also, my kids liked to play pool and beach toys. The condo has a wonderful ocean view and we amazed to watch sunset and sunrise. Communication with owner was very good and fast. Thanks to owner for such an amazing hospitality.

Me and my family had a wonderful vacation here, the condo had everything we need and more. The location was ideal for being able to go play golf or go fishing or even pick up take out orders we were close to everything. Being on the second floor facing the ocean was also a huge plus we could watch the beach as the kids took a nap or just sit on the balcony and have a drink and people watch. I would definitely be interested in booking this condo again.

Great location. Awesome view. Loved the 3 bedroom 3 bath. Could have been cleaner. Needed to wash sheets and dishes and floor. Good communication with Wendy. I would recommend it and revisit.

The condo location was perfect in the building as well as overall in PCB. Didn’t have to use an elevator and the sunsets were spectacular. The only bad thing was the kitchen isn’t stocked for kids but everything else was wonderful. Will Hopefully be booking this condo again in future. Thanks Wanda for sharing with us.

Everything was the way it was described in the listing. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Side note, the interaction at the pool was too noisy for my 63 year old mom but my 4 year old enjoyed it. So if there is a significant age gap between individuals in your group, you may want to consider this aspect. However, this didn't take away from the comfort of our stay. Everyone in my group greatly enjoyed being close to the beach as well as being on the 2nd floor. Thanks!

The condo was very clean and on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. Being on the 2nd floor, we were able to use the stairs most of the time, but when we needed an elevator, there was no waiting as there are elevators for floors 2 -6 only. BIG advantage. Wanda, the owner was very nice and helpful when we needed help getting TVs working, Highly recommend staying here. Only negative thing I can say about this unit is the noise of the pool. We like to sit out on the balcony at night and it could get noisy. We looked forward to 10pm when they would clear the pool, but we knew this going in and you cannot hear any noise from inside the unit.

I was so thrilled with this condo! The unit is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Having two bedrooms with gulf views was just lovely. The pictures here don't really let you know how spacious the rooms are. The whole building is clean and pleasant - so much better than other buildings I've stayed in (no weird smells in the elevators here!). The maintenance crews are out everyday cleaning the floors and pool decks. There are uniformed, pleasant, and watchful security guards in the parking lot and at the pool. There are tons of pool chairs, we never had to worry about that. I also love that the property has quiet hours and family friendly rules. Check in and check out were a breeze. Do yourself a favor and read through the guidebook that Wanda fixed. We visited some places in PC that we would never have known about. Definitely check out the St. Andrews Marina. And, of course, our favorite is being so close to St. Andrews State Park for snorkeling at the jetties and crabbing off the pier. Wanda's book has directions and tips that make it all easy and fun! Thank you, Wanda, for helping our vacation be so perfect and relaxing. With this 2nd floor unit, elevators were never a worry. It's a quick walk downstairs and out to the beach. My only regret is that we never went to play shuffleboard. We were too busy having fun at the beach! Maybe next year!

Wonderful experience! The property was exactly as described. Essentially, this has double masters, which was perfect for 2 families. Kids stayed in the back bedroom that also had its own bath. Beds were really soft and comfortable. Wanda was such a responsive host. We had a couple small things come up and she took care of them instantly. One of which was a broken blender. I mentioned it to her as an fyi for the next guests, but she had a new one there within a couple hours!! We were impressed! We really loved the 2nd floor so we could bypass the elevators and quickly run back to the room if needed. The outdoor parking was plentiful and worked out perfectly for our oversized transit van. Overall, we loved our stay!

Perfect place to stay for the whole family. Lots of extra activities available to keep busy. Great heated pool and the hot tub was nice to use in the evening’s. The views you get from the unit are beautiful. Quiet and family friendly for all ages. Definitely would stay here again.
