FB Terrace Studio! Inquire for Monthly Rates
Welcome to Bleau Horizon, a completely updated studio condo at the Historic Fontainebleau Terrace condominium in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. The building is rather unique; positioned deeper into the white sand of the Gulf of Mexico than any other condo in PCB. The unit faces eastward to an unobstructed vista of rolling, sugar-white sand dunes and the aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico.Inside, you will find the unit appointed in a coastal-chic design.
Check in instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to check in date/time. Check in time is at 4pm. Please don't arrive early assuming the condo is ready for check in, plan accordingly. We provide enough items until you can get to the store such as Trash bags, Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, bar soap. Hotel like, but not restocked.
The responsible person for this reservation must be 21 years old or older. ID will be checked upon arrival.

****PLEASE READ**** The seventh and fifth floor roof replacement will begin on May. During this time the east parking lot will be blocked off to facilitate construction transport and storage of material. The east parking lot is projected to be closed thru July 4th. Fontainebleau Terrace HOA recently purchased the Dollar Store across the street for additional parking. There are about 15 parking spaces along the road to the east of the building beside of Bid-a-wee beach. Beach and pool access will not be affected by repairs.
This 2nd floor unit is an open concept sleeping area, living space, and kitchen. There is a queen-sized bed and a queen-size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the sounds of the waves as you enjoy a home cooked meal on the granite kitchen island or kick back and watch a movie on the smart TV. The dresser by the TV provides plenty of space to unpack.
Behind the kitchen is the bathroom with an updated tile walk in shower and upgraded granite vanity. Rinse off the salt and sand before enjoying shopping at Pier Park or dinner within a short walk to Runaway Island!
CONDO AMENITIES
A starter set of toiletries are included with every guest's stay and includes paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bag, shampoo, body wash and bar soap for the bathroom, and liquid dish soap. Hotel like, but not restocked. We provide enough until you can get to the grocery store. Towels and linens are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. There is beach chair service at the beach, it is first come first serve. Tip: Get there early to save your spot for a beach chairs and umbrella.
A coin laundry facility is on the 2nd level, available for guest use.
OUTDOOR AREAS & RESORT AMENITIES
Fontainebleu Terrace has an awesome gulf front pool that is partially covered, providing a cool reprieve from the sun. The condominium is located in central PCB, within walking distance to Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track, and a short car ride to Pier Park.
PARKING
Make sure to visibly display your parking pass in your windshield. One vehicle per unit is permitted in the complex.
This complex offers an unbeatable location- not only directly on the beach, but also centrally located to a ton of attractions: directly across the street from Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and just a quick drive to Shipwreck Island Waterpark, a beloved destination for all ages! Both kids and adults will have a blast playing in the lazy river and zooming down the thrilling slides. You can also explore other exciting attractions nearby, such as Gulf World, Rock-it Lanes, Panama Dunes Adventure Park, and The Original Goofy Golf. When it's time to dine out, indulge in the exquisite cuisine at the upscale Firefly Restaurant or the famous Pineapple Willy’s.
If you're in the mood to shop, head to Pier Park, an expansive shopping and entertainment hub spanning 900,000 square feet. You can also enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park or go fishing at St. Andrews State Park. Fontainebleau Terrace's exceptional location ensures easy access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB, as well as convenient proximity to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like!
There is NO private balcony but, you can see the gulf from the front door.
Parking is located on the front of the building and on either side of the building. Please use the Parking Pass that is left for you in the condo. There are about 15 parking spaces along the road to the east of the building beside of Bid-a-wee beach. A parking pass is not required for this area. Your car can still be towed even though there are "No Parking" signs on the road, please be cautious as to where you park, especially over night. What's Up Beach LLC and the Fontainebleau owner’s association is not responsible if your car is towed by the city. Each condo is allowed only one Fontainebleau Terrace Rental Parking Pass. This is a 'Limited Parking-Pass' which allows access to the property but does not guarantee a parking spot in the designated parking areas.
Visitors of guests must park off-site. Please keep your vehicle locked at all times. Neither this property nor property management assumes any liability for damage or theft of vehicle or theft of personal property for vehicles parked on the premises.
