As good as it gets! Vacation or Staycation this condo right on the beach will certainly be the perfect spot to center out of. Whether your plans bring you here for baseball tournaments, fishing, romance or just family time on the beach and around the pools you will not be disappointed, and you can bring your dog (with owner permission).
Dunes of Panama Unit B-201 is a 1200 sq/ft fully furnished corner/end unit two bedroom deluxe floor plan that will accommodate up to 8 guests. Enjoy the most magnificent views from the large Gulf front balcony or relax on the beach in the courtesy double lounger with umbrella.
The living area includes a Queen sofa sleeper, love seat and leather recliner with a large flatscreen TV w/cable and an assortment of games for your enjoyment.
The dining area seats 6 at the table and the kitchen bar seats two.
The kitchen is nicely equipped with newer appliances and boasts granite countertops. The oversized Master suite has a full glass wall with sliding door that opens to the balcony on the beach and is furnished with a King size bed, flat screen TV w/cable TV with HBO, a walk in closet, double vanities and a tub/shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds, wall mounted flatscreen TV, has it's own separate balcony with 2 chairs and a small table and adjoins the second bathroom in the unit.
The condo has hard floors throughout and there is a washer and dryer in the unit.
We do believe our pets are family and welcome your pets with our approval on kind and size. (extra fee per stay)

The Dunes of Panama has over 1500 running feet of beachfront property on the beautiful sugar white beaches of Panama City Beach Florida.

Beautiful Condo

We loved everything about this Condo from the comfortable beds and furniture to the large balcony. This property is very quiet, well maintained and the balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. My mother uses a walker and it couldn’t have been more perfect for her to get around easily. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

The property was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. The unit is a very comfortable space to relax inside and outside on the patio. We are already planning another trip to this location.

Family Vacation

We already knew we love Dunes of Panama. This condo made it even better! Very clean and well appointed. I love being in building B because it’s the quieter yet still convenient side of the Dunes. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely book this condo again!

Best place

This will forever be our PCB rental when we visit! Right on the beach- balcony over looking ocean and pool! The pups had a great time! Karen and her husband were the best. We had a problem with the recliner and they came over to fix it immediately. Wonderful people. 10/10 thank you again 💙

Wonderful property but...

The property was outstanding. The owners were wonderful and tried to intervene on our behalf when the property management decided to have the balconies resurfaced and blocked our patio doors so we could not enjoy the outdoors at all for our entire stay

We had an amazing 4th of July week!

We usually stay by pier park but decided last minute we wanted to bring the dog. We found this dog friendly condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was well stocked with everything we would need. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Condo

Pet Friendly on the Beach

Such a wonderful place to stay on the beach that allows you to bring “all” of your family! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it faced the beach as the pictures made it appear to be a side view. Very clean condo and property. Beach is not crowded and the unit came with chair rental.

Better Than the Listing!

I know its only a 2 bedroom condo. But we had 7 people and a dog comfortably. It was tight, but my family is close. We had 5 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog. The condo itself was better stocked than any I have ever stayed in. Completely clean and comfortable. We were able to fully unpack and "move in" for the week. The views from the balcony are way better than the images in the listing show. You CAN hear the waves, see the waves, smell that salty air. You can even see the flags from the living room. The balcony has wonderful comfortable furniture that we spent almost all of our time on. The beds and couch are comfy. The resort: I'm not sure I will ever stay in another resort at PCB. There are 5 buildings, and 3 pools. 1 of the buildings has a restaurant, and there is also a poolside tiki bar. The pools were very clean and well kept. We never had trouble getting seats. There are lots of lounge chairs and lots of tables with umbrellas. Even the bathrooms off the pool areas were clean! There are several areas of beach access right from the resort. And they all have hoses to spray off before coming back in the the resort area. Parking was easy. You get a pass your first day there, and then you can just show the attendant anytime you're coming in. We never even had to stop outside of that 1st time. The attendants were friendly as well. There was always cleaning staff cleaning the lobby of our building and elevator and it always smelled nice. 10/10 recommend this condo!!!

Wonderful condo!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we loved it!! Karen’s condo is always so clean and pretty. She is so friendly and easy to get in touch with. The extra small balcony coming off 2nd bedroom is great too! Balcony is long with nice furniture. Love staying here so much!!
