Welcome to this gorgeous, 9th floor, luxury beach condo at the highly desired Shores of Panama Resort. This updated unit has quality furnishings including extra large smart TVs throughout for your entertainment. The stunning ocean front views from the floor to ceiling patio doors in living room will take your breath away. The same views may be seen from the kitchen and master bedroom. The elevators are just a short walk from the unit's entrance and the reserved parking space is conveniently located on the 9th floor as well.

The master bedroom suite has a comfortable king bed. It also has a private full bathroom. You will also find a bunk room with a single over double bunk bed, a closet, a window and an attached full bath/laundry room. This room has a door for extra privacy and noise reduction. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, a second love seat and a comfy recliner for those lazy days. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook meals for your family and friends if you wish. The newer stainless steel appliances are an awesome addition to this units spacious kitchen. Attention to detail is our top priority to make your stay feel like home.

The resort at the Shores of Panama is amazing as well. This grand resort has the largest outdoor pool and pool area on the beach. It boasts a 14,000+ square foot Lagoon Style pool area & pool, an over-sized outdoor hot tub, waterfalls, fountains, a tiki bar and grill, and exotic tropical landscaping. There is also a large heated indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, an ice cream & coffee shop and a delicious pizza kiosk! From the outdoor pool area is a walkway to your beach paradise!

The condo was very nice! No complaints whatsoever. The parking garage is not ideal, but it is a high rise so you have to expect it to be crowded and, at times, slow moving traffic. The amenities and beach access are great. The manager was extremely nice and willing to answer questions.

I was disappointed

It looks beautiful in the ad but it was small. it’s so crowded and the parking garage is God awful, Tryin to get an elevator is also awful and the is no air going so you about suffocate. nothing was said until after i booked that it was an additional 85$ for bracelets and a parking pass. we were told that we had to clean more than i ver had at any condo and yet there wasn’t even an extra trash bag. we paid a lot of money for only 2 nights and it was not worth it at all a cheap hotel would have been about the same but less crowded… this is nothing against Nicole the owner she did email after the booking and gave me all the information I needed but it is definitely not a place i will go back too

Cleanliness

The only 2 complaints I would have is there were no actual cleaning products provided to help keep the place cleaned up and no extra sheets or blankets for sofa bed. The overall cleanliness of the actual unit was mediocre, it could use a good deep cleaning. It wasn’t filthy but definitely cleaned quickly after last tenants left.

Parking deck

Overall enjoyed the condo, the parking deck is a nightmare. Plan to find a spot and not leave. Dont bring your largest vehicle. The resort can be loud at night if you have small children.

Great layout and location , underpar property

Property itself was nice and great location. Actual cleanness was bad, many things not up to expectations for the price. Parking garage is terrible. Property manager was in good response to issues. During timeframe here was hard to base judgement as big event going on. If I were to be here with my kids would’ve upset. Daily weed smoke everywhere, people yelling off balconies all hours of the day and night. Would I stay again? Not at this price. Location would be only thing to bring me back unfortunately. Place has great potential.

Condo unit was clean, very nice and Nicolle was wonderful!!!

The elevators were awful in this complex!!! Most of the time only half of them were working and the parking is inadequate for this large of a complex! We would have stayed with this condo owner again because she was great and so was her unit, but this complex is a waste of valuable time in vacation!!

Shores of Panama

This was our first stay at Shores of Panama. As I read in every other review on the properties at this condo, the elevators are horrendous. The parking garage is just as terrible. Those are something that the condo owner can't control though, so I don't hold that against anyone. The gift shop and Coffee bar were amazing. The major thing I was disappointed with was the beach area. There were SO many chair rental loungers that there was nowhere to hang out on the beach. This particular condo is on the 9th floor and had amazing views. The bathroom mats need to be replaced desperately. That is the only thing I would really change. Otherwise, as far as things the owner can control, things were fine. But Shores of Panama is definitely not for me.

Walker family takes PCB

we had an amazing time. The room was perfect for my fiance and I along with our 11 and 12 year old girls. They loved the pool and being right on the beach. Nicholle was very easy to communicate with and this condo was everything it was promised to be. The only complaint we have are the LONG waits on elevators. Half the time they skipped our floor. Also having to search for a parking spot in the garage was a challenge at times

The unit was good for the most part. There was sand in the master bathroom upon arrival and both toilet seats are chipped and old. Only one elevator worked for our 3 night stay, so that was a pain being on the 9th floor with 2 children. The kitchen could use more utensils, pots and pans. My 12 year old is large and the bunk bed was tight for him so he slept on the couch. It is NOT a pull out. My daughter witnessed 2 grown men peeing in the stairwell corner on 2 separate occasions. The coffee hut near the lobby great. The pool is wonderful..kept clean and monitored. The hot tub was closed the whole time.

Rich and famous living for one week!

So I brought my two sons, my mom and a friend of my son's for one week. My mom at the end of the week said how much she enjoyed living like the rich and famous for one week. It made me giggle and very pleased. my overall experience was wonderful. We had never stayed on this in before because it had always been too busy for my mom. Now she wishes we would have stayed there when I was younger! From the DJ who plays modern mixes and mashes of music....to the live performer at night, this place is happening!! The elevators are horrible!!!! if there was a writing system on the elevators alone it would probably get a negative 100 from everyone staying in this condo . The parking is also pretty bad. The architect of the parking structure should never be hired on a job again! 🤣 Un reserved parking is a pain but part of it!

Clean condo.. Great view

The room was great and the view was so nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint would be about the Shores of Panama itself. The elevators were pretty slow and the parking garage was pretty busy all the time but that's what's to be expected going this time of year. But overall we had a great time.We really enjoyed this condo!
