"While the hotel is already little isolated from the city it a place that I come back to. I was given an early check in and a late check out. The staff were friendly and went out of their way with trying to help solve a problem (not of their making). My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The pool was clean. "Pros: Convenient and close to airport, decent price, super helpful staff, and nice buffet breakfast. Cons: bedrooms are in serious need of maintenance, most especially in the bathrooms where the mirrors are all eroded. It seems like this may have been a lovely 5-star hotel many years ago, but has been forgotten about since then. We would stay here again if we came to Palu City. "
