No concerns with the property and amenities. You get what you pay for. Location is in central place with food close by. The mall is a short driving distance. I would recommend to stay here on a budget.

Room-bed was hard, pillows flat, bedspread had burn holes in it. I asked for extra blanket never got one, Staff spoke no english, wifi was fine and pet friendly, room key had to be constantly reactivated

I'm homeless been staying here for a year off and on. I left the door open to go wash clothes for two hours with my laptop here and when I came back it was still here nothing was stolen. The housekeeping here is respectful, kind and helpful. Soon as I can cash out the bonds I found in my name I would love to gift the entire staff with a gift card for dinner.

The towel tack on tpilet holder were misding, shower old and stained, no soap at all. But it was a big riom, bed was okay and floors Lyxury vinyl. Water was switched H was at cold and smaller sink replaced to older bigger one. It was quiet and i slept well.

Yes. Shannon the new GM is very friendly along with her staff in the front office. If a customer comes to and state that the TV is not working properly she will go to the room and try to fix it. If not she will tell the maintenance guy when he comes in about the situation as well as give the room #

Adequate and inexpensive.

I stayed here while visiting an elderly Family member in hospice care. The room was clean but sparsely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't spend much time in the room, but if I had, I would want far more comfortable furnishings and room appeal. It was fine for what I needed - a somewhat inexpensive place to lay my head during a trying family gathering.

Easy check in and best of all my pets stayed free! Could do with upgrades all around but for the affordability it was a great price! Noisy neighbors but again you get what you paid for. Thank you for your hospitality Palms Inn.

My stay at Palms Inn is always good. Ray is always courteous and friendly toward me when I go to the front desk window. Paulina and Stephanie are courteous and friendly toward me. They answer my questions if I have any. I do not have anything negative to say about any of them.
