We really enjoyed our time at Rio Bravo! The staff were friendly and kind, and even taught us a bit of Spanish. The buffet offers a good selection of food, and we didn’t mind the 3 drink per person cap (it’s designed to stop people misbehaving), and the staff were lenient. We look forward to returning one day.

Not for families. The all inclusive 0'0 includes only a few beers and during dinner. Amenities are good but the environment is not for families with children. If you are a a family with small children hoping to enjoy an all inclusive option this place is not appropriate.

All the staff were amazing.. massive shout out to Laura.. from room 453 .. very friendly, helpful and lovely. The food was great and loads of choice. We will definitely be back. But for longer as we were just having a mini visit

Great hotel ! Very convenient to everything, very friendly staff and very helpful in all requirements! Very clean ! Delicious breakfast with variety of food, lunch and dinner are okay, and there is lots of great restaurants around. Beach is just 5 minutes walk. Very affordable price. Alcoholic beverages at the bar also at very affordable prices. We loved our stay there ! Thank you very much for great service, we had amazing time.

The hotel room needed some TLC. The toilet flush and bathroom handle broke during our stay and there was mould growing on the ceiling above my bed which needed cleaning (there appeared to be a damp issue). The staff were very friendly and there was plenty of food choice.

It is good located and the staff was very helpful & polite. Hotel needs some renovations and the entertainment could be better. Shows were not the best and they were extremely short. Food was ok but more options for kids would be great.

most every thing was very good, we will come back, furniture in our room is a little old but it was clean, we been vacationing in different places mostly in Riu resorts I can say the best one is in Punta Cana, the second one is this one in Mallorca, the worst one is the one in Tenerife, I realy recommend Riu Bravo Palma de Mallorca

Buffet was underwhelming. Breakfast was good, not very diverse, but definitely the best of all 3 meals. The "Restaurant" was very disappointing. Some people are loud, but thats to be expected, considering the location.

Good selection of soft drinks ', tea , coffee, hot chocolate available thyoighout the day & evening. Located one street away from beach , 2 minute walk; food high quality and lots of variety , ( also hor vegetarians and pescetarians) Lively bier bars a street away. Bus stop 5 mins nearby ', with regular bus going to Palma (€2 each way) and also publuc bus to airport. We prebooked with Transunion and that worked smoothly . Recommend Tabanas for drinks and show, At Palma airport . Water refill station is located at Gate A .

This is not an all inclusive property as they advertise, parking is not available, only street parking If you can find one spot. The pools are not designed to handle the amount of people staying at the hotel, and the water wasn’t clean in appearance, we were never able to enjoy the pools. The food is good though. Our AC didn’t work for the entire stay even we requested their assistance several times

The good: Hosts were nice, took their time to explain questions and staff at the hotel were very nice. For all inclusive, I thought the food was great, really cant complain, I mean lets be honest you wont see lobsters or caviar but there was one night where they served shrimp, which was amazing. I saw some bad reviews about alcohol, so beer and wine is included only during lunch and dinner and there is a limit though I never had anyone questioning why Im on my 6th beer glass. Hotel is in quiet area and we slept well. The bad: I think the rule with towels is the dumbest rule. When you take a towel or towels, you have to give 10 euros for each towel and they will provide a receipt. When you return towels, they will give you back cash with a receipt, we took 5 towels and of course I lost one of the receipts though they were going through Copies and did not find in their records either, just a silly system, should really be charged to the room instead of tickets, felt like we were living in the 80s. The main issue though is they provide exchange of fresh towels only next day in the morning so if you went to the beach or were at the pool and want a fresh towel you have to wait till morning. Im sorry but this is the dumbest rule, this did not sit well with my wife and they exchanged it on the spot but I think they should really rethink this policy.
