"A very pleasant stay My stay began with a disappointing check-in experience. The first room I was given was not ready: the bed was untidy, the pillows were stacked on top of each other, one of the pillows was visibly torn, and the room was quite dark. When I raised my concern at reception, I found the response from Mustapha rather cold and unprofessional. I then spoke with Soukaina, one of the managers, who handled the matter with great professionalism. She took the time to listen carefully, understood my concerns, apologized, and made sure everything was properly taken care of. I particularly appreciated her attentive and considerate approach. From there, everything was excellent. The food is very good, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the hotel offers a genuinely enjoyable environment. I appreciate the way the management handled the initial issue and turned an unfortunate first impression into a positive one. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel I would happily recommend."

The breakfast team deserve a particular mention — they were incredibly kind, thoughtful and attentive every morning, and made us feel so well looked after. The whole team took such care with the little details, from daily gifts and thoughtful surprises to providing pregnancy pillows and making sure I was comfortable throughout our stay. It was this level of genuine care and attention that made our babymoon so memorable. We felt incredibly looked after from start to finish and are very grateful to the entire team for making such a special trip even more special. We would absolutely love to return."

"I stayed here as a solo traveller for 5 nights. The room was huge and I was fortunate to have a ground floor room which opened on to the pool area. Breakfast was good with lots of options. However that was the only meal I ate in the hotel so can’t comment further on other food options. The staff were all great and very courteous and helpful. Would certainly recommend or stay again!"
