Welcome to Azure Oasis - a high-style vacation home where it’s all about relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine! The inside of the property is stunning and features a spacious open concept floor plan, gorgeous designer art and furnishings, and walls of glass along the back of the house that open up to reveal the fabulous sun-drenched pool yard. The private resort-style yard features absolutely incredible mountain views. The pool - which runs the entire width of the home - has an integrated waterfall spa. It’s surrounded by a gazebo shade structure, chaise lounges, an outdoor dining pavilion, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit lounge. You’ll even find horseshoe and putting green! Staying at this property will be like staying at your very own desert oasis!

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Completely walled for privacy, the resort-style yard features a heated pool with an integrated waterfall spa. The pool is surrounded by lounge chairs, a gazebo shade structure, a covered outdoor dining pavilion, a gas BBQ grill, and a fire pit lounge with spectacular mountain views. You’ll also find putting green and horseshoe - great for spending quality time with your travel companions. Mature plantings, citrus trees, and towering palm trees add to the charm of this fabulous desert oasis!

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This gorgeous vacation home has a great vibe - where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. It’s high-style designer chic with an understated elegance. It features a spacious open concept floor plan with walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and sunroom are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is brand new and has been outfitted with a glass tile backsplash, modern cabinetry and Viking appliances.

Everything about this property has been updated for the way we live today, with new bathrooms, a gas fireplace, upgraded heating and cooling systems, 4 flatscreen TVs with AirPlay and streaming capabilities, and hi-speed wifi - perfect for remote working and learning. You’ll even find a functional desk in the Primary Bedroom - perfect for working from home - and a bonus sun-room with barn doors that close for privacy - perfect for stepping away to take Zoom calls.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress, ample storage, and a flat screen Smart TV. The deluxe Primary Suite is gorgeous and features a King bed, an ensuite bath with dual sinks and showerheads, and direct access to the pool yard. There is a King Guest Room and Queen Guest Room, and they both share easy access to the bathroom in the hall. The sunroom has a napping sofa that is great for overflow guests.

LOCATION
Azure Oasis is located on a quiet and private residential cul-de-sac, but less than a mile to the World-Famous Palm Canyon Drive. Ruth Hardy Park - with its community tennis courts, health and fitness trails, playgrounds and gardens - is a mile away. You’re also not far from the Uptown Design District where you'll find art galleries, boutiques, fine dining, cocktail lounges and performance spaces. Grocery stores, fast casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are also very close by.

Beautiful backyard

Great property, convenient location, amazing backyard with a wonderfully warm, heated pool. Comfortable lounging space both in and out and gas fireplace. Perfect place to get away from snowy Utah.

Can’t beat the location of this home rental if you are visiting the original Palm Springs area. Close to everything, including convenient grocery stores and doughnut shops. 😊 Spacious home and well-equipped kitchen.

Nice property

Very nice overall. Could have been a bit cleaner. Bathrooms and outside curtains mostly. The listing did it state that they restrict air conditioning to 74 degree and pool can’t heat at same time as hot tub so it’s one or the other. Lighting and electrical could be improved. Other than that it was a nice place and a nice neighborhood.

Good stay

This worked well for a girls weekend away. Having access to the attached garage was nice and the property is very clean. A few couches cushions have stains but we could avoid those. Thanks!

Beautiful home

The place was very nice and we had a great time! Check in was a bit later than ideal, and check out was early, but otherwise everything was nice. Communication was very easy as well.

Pluses and Negatives

Overall, we enjoyed ourselves a lot in Palm Springs, despite some drawbacks at Vista Norte. The pluses of Vista Norte included a generally responsive property manager, the living room fireplace, pool and hot tub heating without extra charge, adequate outdoor seating, decent location for walking and a short drive to dinner downtown, comfortable beds and functional living and dining room furniture. Some negatives included a subpar dishwasher, NO glass wineglasses, little to no kitchen staples other than out of date spices (had to buy everything), (although the kitchen was well equipped in terms of pots, pans, etc.), absolutely no pantry space or place to store food other than the limited kitchen counter, half of the master bedroom closet was locked off making things cramped, very small guest bath to service two bedrooms, dirty windows and screens, soiled patio furniture, no cleaning supplies, no tissue and very limited house supplies for a month’s stay. We had to buy paper towels, tissue, soap, garbage bags etc. when the manager refused to supply. They were able to go a month without having to provide cleaning services, yet they wouldn’t supply enough basics for a month. We liked PS and are returning next year to a different house.

Amazing stay in Palm Springs!

We were very happy with this property! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The size of the pool was perfect for my 6 month olds first swim. It was warm and pleasant with the pool heating. Beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet, 1-2 miles from most of the great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!

Palm Springs Getaway

We had an outstanding time in Palm Springs. The property was spotless. It was well-equipped with kitchen essentials. The neighborhood is perfectly quiet and relaxing. Close to shopping and to Palm Springs. We spent a lot of time by the pool. Loved the mid-century design! We would stay again.

Wonderful house!

What a great experience!! From the moment we walked in the door, I was delightfully surprised by the cleanliness. Absolutely spotless. We would definitely rent this house again! Do not let my list on cons sway you... I’m just putting it all out there. Pros: clean Comfy beds Great bathrooms (although hall bathroom has ZERO counter space. ZERO.) Stocked kitchen Grocery store and Walgreens nearby Gorgeous yard Amazing pool Tons of seating out back so you can move around as the sun moves Laundry Cons: within the first few minutes in the pool, my kids noticed a small piece of 💩 on the bottom. We tried to get it out but on the way up the side of the pool, it left a giant smear. So gross. We had to wait HOURS for a pool guy to come and clean the pool. Hot tub didn’t work the entire time. That sucked. Very windy at times. Woke up one morning to palm tree pieces all over the yard and pool. Not a big deal. We easily cleaned it. Not much counter space. No pantry. Not a big deal, but be prepared. There’s a binder with restaurant/sightseeing ideas. DO NOT set out on an adventure until your double check the place is still open/running. We made big plans for our day using the free trolley that we found in the binder (we didn’t have a rental car). We walked with our four children in the 100 heat about a half mile to catch this free trolley. After waiting and waiting and waiting....making phone calls, trying to flag down bus drivers (they refused to talk to me), we finally discovered that the trolley stopped running when Covid hit....18 months prior to our visit!!! Absolutely ruined half of our day. The quiet rule definitely had an impact on our trip. I said “shhhh!!!!” more times that I can even count. I felt like any squeal of joy was going to get us kicked out. Then on our third night the neighbors had a huge party until 2am?!? Suggestions: It would be extra convenient if all of the six pool towels were different colors. I hate sharing towels and it was impossible to keep track of whose was whose. A Pool lounger would be great. We actually brought ours from home and it was priceless.

Get away

Overall the home was great. Pros are the home was Clean, well stocked as far as towels, pillows, paper towels, soap etc. The lap pool was perfect for our son and for the whole family. Cons, the sky light in the front bedroom was covered as we asked from housekeeping but it was a piece of cardboard taped up with paper tape that fell off after the first day leaving the room super bright early in the morning, well into the evening. The AC unit kept the living space of the home very cool but the bedrooms definitely got hot and uncomfortable in the 110 degreee desert heat. There was only one fan available in one bedroom. The kitchen was clean with nice appliances but there was no food storage space so all of the counters were taken up with our food. We also experienced a power outage while we were there. I know this isn’t out of the norm for a hot desert climate but when we called the property management company to speak with them about the possibility of us having to leave early with the rising temperature in the house, no fridge to maintain our food and not even a flashlight available we were told there was nothing they could do except maybe drop off a flashlight. They were not willing to refund any part of the trip or reimburse us for a possible night in a hotel. They dropped off flashlights on the front porch and that was it. As a property management company I would think a home would need to at least have flashlights or candles available for emergency use. The property management company attitude was the deal breaker for us to return to this home.

Great pool and house

Everything was great except we were on pins and needles about violating the noise ordinance. To the point we were whispering outside. That's more of a Palm Springs thing and not really reflective of the house though. The property itself is very cool.

As described with no surprises!

Great week-long stay with our parents and our 5-year-old (total of five people in the home). Chose to pay to have the pool heated (good decision for an early June stay). Great location and easy to get to grocery stores and a very short drive to everything in Palm Springs. The light tube in the queen room needs to be covered or else you will be woken up by sunlight early in the morning as it's right above the bed. Main area of house stays cooler while the bedrooms tend to be warmer -- not exactly ideal for sleeping. There is one fan available in the primary suite -- a fan for each bedroom would be a welcome addition and make for a more pleasant sleeping environment in warmer months. Quick and easy communications with quick responses during the stay with ACME mgmt company via text.

50th Friends Get-Away

Everything was amazing with only a couple of suggestions to improve the property. The sky light in yellow room was bad planning as the sun wakes you at 5:30am. Also, for those of us not from a hot climate the temperature at night was too warm. We didn’t sleep as well due to that (remember we are 50!) We called and were told that they could not adjust lower. Ceiling might be a good solution. Other than that, it was fabulous!

Amazing Experience

My wife and I, in the pursuit of some much needed R&R, thoroughly enjoyed our time in the house. The house and amenities were everything we expected and more! The house was very clean, well-stocked and organized and Acme, as the property manager, was incredibly communicative and helpful in making our stay a highly enjoyable one. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone else, and we plan to stay again as well.

Great Location!

Honeymoon Oasis

We spent the week at this home for our honeymoon! How perfect it was! Private, great location to bars and restaurants and shopping. Warm pool and hot tub, full kitchen to cook and very comfortable beds! We will definitely be booming this house again!
